My Prince Charming - A Steele Fairy Tale

“Are you trying to get out of a date, Dr. Prince?” She wags her finger at me.
Shaking my head, I invade her space, sliding my hands over her hips and pulling her to me. “Not at all. Maybe you should wear a coat or something, though.”
“It’s hot out.” She rolls her eyes at me.
“You’re hot.” She glares at me until I relent. “Come on before I find a reason to keep you locked up.” I take her hand and lead her to the front door while Jack takes his place on his bed. “You be a good boy and watch the house. Mommy and I have a date.” Once we’re outside, I look around to make sure there are none of my neighbors out. I’m going to have to call my dog walker and have her take Jack. There are way too many single men in the area.
David, a lawyer and a friend who I sometimes play poker with, sees us and waves. I nod and then help her into the car without any other acknowledgment. I’m not in the mood of sharing Ella with anyone just yet, especially with that good looking bastard.
“What’s up, Ed?” The more I look at him, the more handsome he appears, and the worse my insane jealousy multiplies. I shake my head.
“Sorry, gotta go. I’m in a hurry. Talk to you later,” I call out, jumping into the driver’s seat before he can stop me and meet my future wife. Spending half a day away from her was more than I wanted. I thought I’d get ahold of my obsession by creating that distance, but even work couldn’t keep me from thinking about her.
I pull out onto the road and then head out toward the main street. Ella doesn’t say anything about the way I brushed off David, but I see the questions in her eyes. Sadly, I’m totally nuts about her, and I can’t have other attractive men even speaking to her. “Have you decided what you want to do?”
“Can we go out for Italian?”
“Absolutely. I know a perfect spot.” I drive to a regular place of mine. I know the owners since med school, eating there nearly every night while trying to study. The Salvatore family are like family to me and I’d love for them to meet her. It’s not far away from the house, so I’m already pulling into the parking lot. Luckily, it doesn’t look too busy.
“Wow, that’s fast.”
“It’s one of the reasons I got my place,” I tease, giving her a wink before turning off the engine.
“Are you serious?” she gasps.
“No, but it’s one hell of a bonus. Stay there.” I jump out of the car and walk around to her side and open the door for my beautiful woman.
“Thank you, Edward.” She lifts up on her toes and kisses my lips. It’s just a simple peck, but the animal ready to mate is set free. I pin her to the car, thrusting my hands into her long dark hair, gripping her head firmly as I devour her mouth. My hips jut against hers, grinding and rocking like horny teens.
“Eduardo, my boy,” Sal calls out, cooling my ardor like a damn bucket of cold water and stopping me from mauling Ella in the parking lot.
“Oh my goodness. I can’t believe we just did that in public.” She looks at me with a flush face before ducking her head on my chest. It’s not like we had sex, but it sure as fuck was pretty obscene. Every moan and growl that poured out of us was probably heard by anyone walking by.
“Come on. I want to get you home so I can finish what we started.”
“Sal, what a wonderful greeting at the door. Talk about great service,” I growl.
“I could not believe the wife when she said you were outside with a young lady. Bellissima. Please introduce us to this lovely woman.” Ella blushes, making me irrationally jealous of a man old enough to be her grandfather.
“Sal, this is my Princess, Ella. Ella, this flirt is one of the best cooks I’ve ever known.”
“Come inside before Maria comes to yell at me for keeping you from a warm meal.” I take Ella and hold her close to my side.
“A good man,” he whispers to me when he sees the possessive way I’m holding her and away from him. I’ve never brought a woman here before. This is my special place, and Ella is the one that deserves to be here with me.
The second we walk in, Maria greets Ella and me, fawning over my woman. I don’t mind because I want Ella to understand that our relationship means so much to me. In fact, it means everything, but I’m doing my best to hold back, so she doesn’t understand how insane I am.
