“Alessio!”
I lost it. I sobbed, begged, and pleaded for more. I needed him with such fervor, and only he could give it to me. Finally, he did. Alessio rammed back into me, pulling at my hair, forcing me to meet each of his hard thrusts.
And just like he said, I didn’t stop begging. He took me like an animal starving for his mate. He fucked me brutally. Harder. Faster. Deeper.
I begged, his name always on my lips, until finally I burst. My orgasm assaulted me with such ferocity that my knees gave out, but Alessio’s hands supported me, continuing to lift me to meet his thrusts. I broke into a million pieces, my body trembling with the force of my orgasm.
As I floated, I felt Alessio pump into me two more times before planting himself deep. He came with a roar, my name on his lips.
I felt him…inside of me. Everywhere. In my mind and in my heart. He felt so right. Inside of me, on top of me, his body molded over mine. I was his, and he was mine.
Our harsh breathing filled the room, and I could feel his pounding heart at my back. Alessio let go of my hips, and I fell on the bed with him collapsing over me, his body covering mine like a warm blanket.
As soon as my head hit the pillow, I closed my eyes and felt Alessio rolling off me. I moaned in protest and heard his deep chuckle.
I felt a smack on my ass, and my eyes snapped open. Turning my head to face him, I stared into this beautiful, rugged face.
“Woah,” I whispered. He smiled, showing me his dimples, and my heart squeezed.
“Did I hurt you?” he asked, suddenly serious.
I shook my head. I was definitely sore and aching everywhere, but he didn’t hurt me. Instead, he gave me pleasure that I had never experienced before.
“Good, because I’m not done with you.”
My eyes widened. Alessio rolled me onto my back and settled between my spread legs. “That little stunt you pulled…trying to make me jealous. Let me tell you, I’m very pissed. I’m going to be taking you all night…to teach you a lesson.”
I moaned at his promise.
And he did keep his promise. He took me again and again. Sometimes fast, sometimes slow. He fucked me until I was completely worn out and sore.
I lost count how many times we came, but by the time he collapsed on top of me, I wrapped my arms around his shoulders, caressing his neck. “I think I’ve learned my lesson,” I breathed through my panting.
Chapter 22
I could barely keep my eyes open. Alessio laughed before placing a kiss on my neck, where his face was currently buried.
“Are you sore?”
“Yes.”
“Good.” Alessio pulled away and fell on his stomach beside me, presenting me with his back. I rolled onto my side to face him.
Alessio smiled almost sleepily, his eyes drawn to my neck. He reached forward and gently caressed a finger down the skin. “I marked you,” he whispered, looking extremely proud of himself. His eyes shone with a possessive glint.
Shaking my head, I smiled. I had never seen Alessio lose control like that. For the first time, I’d seen the extent of his possessiveness. I should have been scared, but I wasn’t. Instead, I felt wanted and desired. And lastly, I felt loved.
I scooted closer to Alessio and saw his back bunch. Lying my head on his arm, I sighed dreamily. I knew he would never hurt me. Alessio would only ever give me pleasure.
My hand moved to his back, and my fingers traced the bird tattoo that covered half of his back and around his shoulder blades. The bird looked like it was rising from fire, but the design was beautifully executed. Every time I looked at it, I was completely mesmerized.
Alessio’s muscles flexed under my wandering and exploring touch. “What type of bird is this?” I asked curiously, my fingers tracing his spread wings.
“It’s a Phoenix,” he muttered in reply. “I got it the day I took over as Boss.”
“Oh.” My fingers continued to touch the bird as I asked my next question. “Is that fire it’s rising from?”
I felt him nodding. “Fire and ash.”
“Ash?” I questioned.
“When I took over, the Families were almost destroyed. After my mother’s death, Lyov completely lost it. He was drunk all the time and barely took care of the Families. We were almost ruined and were so close to losing everything. He was not fit to be Boss anymore. He wasn’t strong enough. When I turned nineteen, he handed the title over to me, and I became the Boss,” Alessio explained. At the mention of his mother’s death and father’s name, my wandering hand froze and the air left my body.
Alessio didn’t seem to notice at first as he continued with his tale. “The ash represents the Families when I took over. Everything and everyone was destroyed. We lost so much, and I had to start over, building our empire again. I had built a stronger and bigger Army, my empire from the ash.”
