T.A. (Biker Bitches 6)

“I sent her to the hospital for wheelchairs.”
“She’d do better bringing ambulances.”
When she saw headlights coming from the side of the building, she knew Fat Louise had made it back.
She handed T.A. the paper bag containing the tequila.
“You owe me twenty dollars.”
“I’m not giving you twenty dollars; you shouldn’t have bought the good stuff,” T.A. complained. She’d had no intention of paying her friend back, but she felt really bad at stiffing twenty instead of the ten she had planned.
“They were out of the cheap shit. If you don’t give me my twenty, I’m going to tell Cade and—”
The three women watched as Pike hauled himself onto the parking lot dripping wet. Unlucky for him, Dalton saw him first. Pike raised his hands to defend himself. Without remorse, Dalton hit both elbows with one stroke, sending him tumbling back. He would have gone over the edge if Dalton hadn’t grabbed his T-shirt, reeling him back and unceremoniously dropping him to the snow-covered ground.
“Never mind.” Fat Louise gave Dalton an admiring coo. “Consider it a thank-you for bringing Dalton tonight.”
“If I hadn’t brought him tonight, the fight wouldn’t have happened,” she said glumly. Not even watching Gavin grab Warrick by the head of the hair to pull him closer and headbutt him made her feel better, nor Warrick falling to his knees howling in pain with a busted nose.
“This fight has been brewing for a while,” Sex Piston said matter-of-factly. “The brothers have been pressuring Stud to make more money for the club, and he’s been shutting them down. This will clear those pissants away. The ones Stud lets stay will know better than try to fuck him again.”
T.A. hopped in the back of the van when Stud neared them dragging Rooster. He waited until Sex Piston and Fat Louise were clear before lifting him to put the unconscious brother in the van.
Once it was done, he spared his wife a glance.
“Why can’t you tell me you’re pregnant like a normal woman would?” he snarled.
She shrugged as if it wasn’t a big deal. “It wouldn’t be any fun.”
Stud shook his head, his hand going around Sex Piston to pull her to him.
“I want another boy.”
“I’ll see what I can do.”
He gave his wife a kiss. When he didn’t raise his head, T.A. tapped him on the shoulder.
“Rolo is waking up, and you might want to take that tire rim away from Gavin before he decapitates Dozer.”
All their eyes dropped as they watched him fall to the ground, unconscious. Gavin had turned the tire rim at the last second, using the flat side to hit Dozer on his temple. It would be a miracle if Dozer could ever spell his name again.
“I’m not going near that mean fucker. Calder can try to calm him down. I have four kids and another one on the way. Calder doesn’t have any yet.”
T.A. peered at Gavin through the snow that was beginning to fall faster. He was creating havoc among the ones who opposed Stud.
“What should we do? Should I call Viper?”
“Fuck no.” Sex Piston shook her head at him. “He’s not out of control. Look at his eyes. He’s making sure everyone knows if they fuck with Stud and Calder again, they’ll be dealing with him too.”
“He’s doing a good job,” T.A. said, switching to watching Dalton again while opening her bottle of tequila. She managed to take a drink before Crazy Bitch finished with Ginger and came to take it away from her.
She didn’t argue with her; Crazy Bitch was wearing a homicidal smirk that T.A. knew better than to mess with. She bragged constantly about getting away with killing two men. T.A. had no intention of being the first woman she could brag about killing.
Her eyes flew to look for Ginger, and she took a nervous breath. She was glad she hadn’t argued over the tequila. She kind of reminded her of Gavin with half of her hair gone; not only was half of her hair missing, but the tight T-shirt she had been wearing was ripped and hanging off one of her shoulders. She was holding a hand to her breast as she cried.
“What did you do to her titty?” Fat Louise asked innocently.
“That slut is going to need a titty tattoo to replace the nipple I tore off.”
The satisfaction in Crazy Bitch’s smile as she turned to give the tequila back to her had her hastily shaking her head at the offer.
“That’s okay. I’ve had enough.”
“You sure?” she asked with a raised brow.
“I’m sure.” Moving aside when Stud came back with Rolo, and Calder carrying Rock over his shoulder, she decided it was time to go while she still had a chance to leave seeing that Gavin and Dalton were heading down the embankment with a rope Cade was tying to a light post to get the brothers who had been thrown over.
