“Good morning to you too,” I moan as King’s tongue flicks over my clit, sending a bolt of electricity pulsing through me. My hand twists into his hair and I instantly feel his wild smile cutting across his face and just when a smile goes to cross my own, he slams his fingers deep inside me and a loud guttural groan is pulled from within. “Oh, fuck. King, yes.”

I slip my hand under the blankets and reach for Cruz, and just as my fingers are curling around his thick, veiny cock, my bedroom door flies open and I find Carver looming in the doorway, staring at us with a deep jealousy pulsing in his eyes.

I suck in a gasp as the boys’ heads whip around to Carver. My natural reaction is to grab the blanket and cover up, but I don’t. I just lie there with my body on display and the pleasure all over my face, letting him see exactly what he’s missing out on, and damn it, the longer he gapes at my body, the deeper his jealousy runs.

My fingers brush over my skin and I watch the way he tracks my movements. “Can I help you?” I murmur, my voice low and teasing as my fingers trail down my body, over the curve of my breast, and down between my ribs. “...or do you just like to watch?”

His eyes follow my fingers as they trail down, down, until they find the promised land. I slip two fingers between my folds and slowly circle my clit, making sure to let the softest moan slip between my lips.

Desire pools in his eyes, and just for a second, I think I have him until his eyes harden like stones and he looks at King and then Cruz. “Get dressed. The sixteen families are here. News of what happened last night has spread and they’re demanding an explanation.”

Then just like that, he’s gone.

My heart instantly kicks into gear and I meet King’s stare only to see his own eyes hardening. “Come on,” he says, climbing off my bed and finding his clothes as Cruz does the same, neither of them meeting my eyes. “You don’t want to keep them waiting.”

Fuck.

Realizing I’m not about to wake up to a screaming orgasm, I climb out of bed and quickly get myself dressed into my favorite pair of leather pants, my thigh-high boots, and a black crop, then go just a step further and do my hair and makeup. If I’m about to meet the sixteen heads of the Dynasty families, then I can guarantee I’m going to look like their worst nightmare warmed up when I do.

After painting my lips with my best deep plum lipstick, I fasten the leather choker around my neck and storm through my bedroom door without hesitation. I can't pause for even a second. If I stop to think about what’s about to happen, I know I'll lose every bit of my nerve and crumble.

I don’t see the guys anywhere downstairs, so I head straight for the door to find it wide open and hear their soft murmured conversation coming from the bottom of the stairs. I walk out to find all four of them standing in a circle, and the second I appear in the doorway, all eyes turn to me, each of them grim except for one.

Usually, I can zone out their stares, but Carver’s has me stopping. He’s fucking pissed and I don’t blame him. Actually, I do blame him a bit. He could have had me just like Cruz and King, but his need to be a cocky dictator stood in the way. If only he was willing to share. It could have been so good.

I tear my gaze away from his jealousy and focus on getting down the stairs without making an ass of myself.

I meet the boys at the bottom, and without a word, they turn and climb into the Escalade. I follow and end up sitting between Cruz and King in the backseat, and when I expect Cruz to grab my thigh or put his arm around me, he keeps perfectly still, keeping his hands to himself.

I don’t let it bother me and put it down to the fact that he’s about to see his parents for the first time in whoever knows how long. I focus on the drive instead of the screaming silence inside the car. Carver creeps out through my front gate and onto a private road as I suck in a breath.

The otherwise empty road is filled with activity. There are cars parked in nearly every driveway, young children playing in yards, dogs barking, and sprinklers watering the front gardens. “What the hell is this?” I ask, scanning my gaze over the houses as we pass each one.
