“He’s the little fucker that quit this morning as soon as I got here,” she says, and I chuckle. “I mean…”

“No, it’s okay, please go on.” How fucking adorable is she?

“I don’t even know what his name is. This really has been the first day from hell,” she says, tears filling her blue eyes.

“Don’t cry, sugar,” I say reaching my hand out to place it on hers. Fuck, her skin is soft and warm. The merest touch has me rock hard. This is highly unprofessional of me, but her tears are going to be my undoing.

“I can’t help it,” she whispers and pulls her hand out of my grasp in order to cover her beautiful face.

“Do you know how much money was taken?” I ask, trying to get her to show me her face again, which she does. God, she’s gorgeous.

“No, but if you give me a few minutes I can add up the receipts from today.”

“Sure.”

She gets up and walks over to the cash register that’s still hanging open. I watch as she adds up whatever’s printed on the little slips of paper. She comes back with copies of the receipts.

“Four hundred eighteen dollars. I didn’t think to give him the change, so there’s still twenty-six dollars and seventy-nine cents in coins in the drawer.”

“Okay,” I say, taking the copies and writing the figure down in my notebook. “Do you have access to employee records?”

“Probably. I am the manager, but I don’t know how to do anything yet. Again, worst first day ever.”

“Why don’t I help you look for it?”

“That would be great, thanks.”

“How old are you?” I blurt.

“Huh?” she asks, confused.

“For my report,” I lie. The lie doesn’t sit well with me, but she nods. Her huge curly hair bounces with her efforts.

“Oh, I’m eighteen. Almost nineteen.”

Thank God, I think, and she giggles.

“What?” I ask, loving the sound infinitely better than her tears.

“You said that out loud, you know.”

“Well, shit,” I say, following her into the office. It’s a fucking mess. Papers are everywhere.

“Did he come in here?”

“He may have this morning. He opened the store, but he didn’t come in here while he was robbing me.”

“Okay,” I think, shifting through the papers closest to me.

“You’re cute,” she says, then turns red again. “I mean…”

“Well, you’re fucking gorgeous,” I reply.

“No one has ever told me that before,” she says and suddenly somehow we are mere inches apart, sharing the same breath.

“That’s a crying shame,” I say.

“I like that you’re the first to say it,” she murmurs. My lips land on hers before I can think better of it. She moans and opens her mouth to me, giving me her little tongue. She tastes like Tab and Sour Patch Kids. An interesting combination but it’s now my favorite. She grips the back of my uniform trying to get it off of me, but my holster is in the way.

“Fuck, Jodi, we have to stop,” I manage to say after forcing myself away from her.

“What? Why? Please don’t stop.”

“I have to. I am on the clock.”

“Do you do this often?”

“Do what?”

“This… fuck around while on the job?”

“Jesus, no. I, uh, no. I would never,” I say, stepping back from her.

“Well then, I won’t tell if you won’t tell,” she says, closing the gap between us once again. Gone is the innocent girl from moments before. I feel like a god. A god who has awoken something in her. Something only for me.

“Who are you?” I whisper, staring at her. I am about to do something bad. Something I never thought I’d do, especially on the job but I know without a shadow of a doubt, I am going to take anything, and everything, she is willing to give me.

“Jodi Marie Hall and I’m about to give you all of me,” she says, pulling her shirt over her head. Fuck. Fuck. Fuck. Her gorgeous tits are ripe with peach-colored nipples. Large enough for a handful but she doesn’t require a bra. I clench my fists at my sides to keep from touching her.

This little girl is every man’s fantasy. I feel like a dirty old man right now. Granted, I am only twenty-nine, but also feel like I am reading a story in Penthouse right now. How is this my life? How did I get this lucky?

Dear Penthouse, let me tell you about the time I met a girl in a bookstore…

“Fuck, sugar,” I groan out loud.

“Aren’t you going to touch me, Officer Lochlan?”

“Paul. My name is Paul.”

“Aren’t you going to touch me, Paul?” she asks, smirking at me.

“Sugar, I’m gonna do so much more than that.”

“Promise?” she asks, looking up at me with her big blue eyes.

Fuck. I lick my lips and let my hands do the talking.

Jodi

I don’t know who I am right now. If it weren’t for this man, I would never have spoken to anyone like this or brazenly taken my shirt off. Now I am opening my pants and pulling them down. This just feels right. He just feels right.
