The room fills with, “Awws,”

I’ve been very hormonal and emotional lately, especially today. I sniffle a little against Max’s shirt. It’s been a long time coming, but I’m so happy I can’t believe it’s really happening.

“Baby…” Max pulls away and looks at my tears with worry. “Why are you crying?”

I sniffle and shake my head, feeling silly. Wiping away my tears, I take a shuddering breath and explain, “I’m just so happy.”

Max nods but still he looks concerned. Wrapping his arm around me, he leads me over to a chair to sit down. “You sure you don’t want to come with us?”

“Yeah, you can have my seat,” Brett offers eagerly.

I nod and curve my lips up into a reassuring smile. “I’m sure.”

I’m not quite as far as long as Mandy is, and my belly isn’t nearly as big, but I’ve developed this annoying habit of having to pee every twenty minutes. Going to a crowded concert in my condition just doesn’t sound appealing.

Max nods and presses a kiss to my forehead. A flash goes off.

I glance over at Mandy and she grins back at me. “I just love taking pictures of you two. You’re so cute.”

“A real life Beauty and the Beast,” Brett snickers and gets a hard poke in the ribs from Max.

“Let’s get a picture of all the guys before they go,” Avery suggests, giggling.

There’s a lot of grumbling and a lot of protesting but Hope is so excited that the guys can’t refuse her.

We line the three guys up in the back and Brett tries to hide behind Hope but Max pulls her close and rests his big hands on her little shoulders. They all kneel down so they fit in the picture.

Avery and I each hold a baby while Mandy wobbles up to the group with her camera ready.

“Everyone smile and say Britney!” she encourages and the flash goes off, lighting up their beaming faces.

They might be three of the biggest, scariest guys I’ve ever seen but it’s amazing how one little girl can bring them to their knees.
