Dare to Tease (Dare Nation 4.5) - Page 20

Especially when he reached around and slid his finger over her clit. A loud moan escaped her lips, and she trembled. “Harder,” she urged him.

Not only did he pick up the pace of each thrust, he rubbed her clit harder, pinching then gliding the pad of a finger over the now sensitive bud. She moaned, bracing her arms for every slam of his body into hers. Feeling him everywhere, she gave herself over to him, allowing him to guide and control both the pace and the timing of when she’d come. She trusted him to take care of her, and he was doing exactly that.

“Turn your head toward me,” he said in a rough voice.

She twisted her neck, and he captured her lips in a harsh kiss, all the while grinding his hips against her. His cock hit a place that shattered what little sanity remained.

Their mouths separated as her orgasm began and continued with every push and grind of their bodies together. White stars flashed behind her eyes as a rush sounded in her ears, her entire being alight with pleasure. The gratification continued, a second orgasm coming on the heels of the first at the same time Hudson shouted from behind her. Faster thrusts, another heavy groan, and he stilled, his cock pulsing inside her as he emptied himself, and his climax eased.

They collapsed together on the bed, his hard, sweaty body on top of hers. Her breath came in short pants, and she tried to take slower, steadier streams of air.

He slid out of her, and she felt the loss, the disconnection of their bodies as he rolled to the side. As he propped himself on one arm, his heavy-lidded gaze met hers. “Told you I had it handled.”

She grinned, unable to deny he had, in fact, made her come just as he’d promised. “We click,” she said, not embarrassed to admit that fact.

“Yes, we do.” He kissed the tip of her nose and flipped over, climbing out of bed and walking to the bathroom to dispose of the condom.

He returned and shut off the lights over the bed, joining her under the covers and pulling her tight against him. “I wish we could skip the rest of the family part of the weekend,” he muttered.

“It will be fine. I can handle your parents, and I don’t take it personally. Ignore them, and we’ll have fun. I’m looking forward to meeting Serena. If you two are close, I’m sure I’ll like her.”

“You will, and she’ll like you.” He hugged her tighter. “Then I’ll get the conversation about funding the clinic over with, and we can head home.”

“Sounds good.” Her eyelids were getting heavy. “We’ll figure everything out,” she assured him.

“I believe we can.”

* * * *

Serena married in a typical Northfield affair at the country club her parents belonged to. Her now-husband might not be of the same social class, and Serena’s parents didn’t really approve of the union, but they’d caved and had thrown their only daughter the wedding of her dreams.

Hudson was happy for his cousin, who beamed as he and Bri greeted her on the reception line.

“I’ve missed you!” Serena pulled him into a big hug, so unlike the older generation of their families who’d air-kissed or shaken hands in greeting.

He wrapped her in an embrace before stepping back so he and his cousin could make the introductions between Bri and Serena’s husband, Mark.

When those were complete, Serena looked from Hudson to Bri and smiled. “I like her, and you look happy,” she said as Bri made conversation with Mark.

He had no doubt it was obvious from the way he’d wrapped an arm possessively around her waist that Bri wasn’t just arm candy. “That’s because I am.”

She lifted herself onto her toes and whispered in his ear, “Then don’t let her go.”

“I don’t intend to,” he said with a grin.

Beside him, Bri had overheard and turned her head to meet his gaze, eyes wide as he nudged her with his hip. “We should get going and let other people talk to the bride and groom.” He winked at her before glancing at the happy couple. “Congratulations and enjoy your lives.”

“In other words, ignore the parents. Got it.” Serena treated them to a genuine smile. “We will.”

“Nice to meet you and congratulations,” Bri said, then Hudson led her away from the receiving line, and they made their way to a private corner of the room.

“It was a beautiful ceremony,” she said.

He smiled, his eyes on her. “You’re beautiful.”

“You like the dress?” She spun around, giving him a complete view of the rose-gold with lace, low-cut V-neck that accentuated her full breasts and hugged her curves. The choice was the perfect gown for the occasion. And for her body.

Because she’d co-opted their hotel suite for the day for hair, makeup, and who knows what other feminine things, he’d only had a few minutes to change into his tux and get a good glimpse of her fully made-up and dressed before they had to leave. He studied her now, her beautiful face, her unique-colored eyes accentuated with liner and thick lashes, glowing skin, and pink, shiny lips. And her gorgeous dark hair flowed over her shoulders in waves.
