Krystal looked with a dreamy look in her eyes. It seemed like she was getting pretty caught up in it all. I couldn’t blame her, really. There had been a time not so long before, when I felt the same. I still did, to some extent. Particularly when I would sit at the top of the hill I mentioned, with a glass of our own red in my hand and watch the sun sink over our land and the ending of the day.
“So, we’ve done a lot of talking about me. On to you, what are some of your dreams?” I asked.
“Oh, I - honestly, I’d like to start my own costume shop where I sell what I make. Probably online. I’ve got a page on a selling site right now, which is doing okay, but I’d like to turn it into a proper business.”
I worried she might see the cartoon light bulb appear over my head. She had just given me the perfect way to get her into the auction. What better way for her to get startup money? The fact that it would also give me a chance to know her in the biblical way honestly wasn’t my first thought, but it was certainly a consideration. It could really be a win-win if all went well.
After we had been walking for a while, on the way to show her some of my other favorite fruit, which while it might sound like a euphemism was actually true in the literal sense, Krystal stopped. Her hands went to her waist, and her face twisted in a distinctively pained way. This got my attention immediately.
“Sorry,” she said blushing, her voice a little breathless, “they’re sexy as heck but it can be hard to walk for a long time in a corset. I think I might have done it up too tight. I can’t really breathe so well.”
It was one of the lace up corsets that did up from behind, I remembered from before. I had no idea how she’d gotten into it by herself, if in fact she had, but considering where it was laced up, it didn’t look like she was going to be getting herself out of it in a hurry either. I didn’t want her to be uncomfortable and while it was the furthest thing from professional, I knew I had to try and help. Even professionalism and the business had to take a back seat to human suffering.
Taking her by the hips I turned her round and whisked her coat off in one smooth motion and started undoing the laces. Seeing her relax as the air started whooshing into her lungs. It wasn’t until I was nearly at the bottom, wrenching the back lacing loose, so she could breathe that I noticed that the back of the corset constituted the back of the dress, under which she was quite naked. On the top half at least. Her soft, silky bare skin, reddened somewhat by the pressure, clearly visible between the loose lacing. I had only meant to help her breathe, but what started out as a relieving gesture had turned distinctly sexual as I was basically ripping her clothes off. Poor Krystal was bent forward, holding the front of her dress to keep her tits from falling out.
I tried to apologize, but she set off running. We could still see the buildings from where we were. She was running right for the main house where her car was parked outside the tasting rooms. I could only imagine what Emma might think had happened if she happened to catch sight of Krystal as she got into her car. That could be an awkward conversation.
Shocked as I was by the unintended result and not looking forward to what else might happen, I couldn’t help but be turned on. I’d seem more of Krystal than I ever thought I would, and she was every bit as lovely as I had imagined. I knew I had to get her into the auction so I could be with her. I felt as if I might well go mad if I didn’t have the opportunity to hold her in my arms. It was something I definitely wanted to do more than once, kissing her tenderly while I did. I had no idea what spell she had over me to make me think in such a way, but I was starting to like it.
Chapter Six - Krystal
I could feel my cheeks burn as the tears fell. I felt so embarrassed by the tears. The urge to get away from him was overwhelming. Things would have been easier with my coat, but I didn’t dare go back and get it, so I’d just left it in a puddle at his feet and tried to hold my dress up while I ran.
