“If I was your girl, I woulda switched up my major and gone for my MBA or something business-related. On the real, you got all those franchises and all that. All you need is somebody to help you take that to a billion-dollar level. I remember seeing this fat black guy on BET and he owns like five hundred Burger Kings. And he had his own custom made G5 and the whole nine. With the right woman in your corner, that could easily be you.”

I nodded my head and just listened.

After our food arrived, I ordered more sake for us because we had finished the first round that quick. But it was a good thing, because the sake had us both feeling pretty good, and I wanted to keep it flowing.

“You gonna get me drunk up in here, and it’s only two in the afternoon,” Jasmine said.

“It’s nighttime somewhere in the world.”

Jasmine laughed, and then she adjusted herself in her seat before digging into her food. That was when I decided to place my hand on her right thigh underneath the table. I gently massaged and stroked her thigh, until I got to her knee, and then I massaged that part of her body.

“You better focus on your food and not me, ’cause you ain’t ready for this,” Jasmine said.

I laughed and I removed my hand from her leg. Ten minutes later I went back to flirting with her.

“So I ain’t ready for you, huh?”

Jasmine wagged her index finger from side to side as she finished chewing her shrimp. “See, I didn’t say that. Remember what you just told me about the importance of paying attention to detail. What I said was you ain’t ready for this.”

Jasmine was real quick with it and witty, and I liked that. What I liked even better was what she was implying.

“That’s what you think?”

“That’s what I know,” she added, and then she drank some more sake.

“That’s that South Side swagger talking. But, remember, I’m from Brooklyn, so you know how we get down. But I like your confidence.”

“I got reason to be confident, but it ain’t got nothing to do with the South Side.”

“So where does the confidence come from?”

“I’m just saying. Just how you got some dudes and they know what they workin’ with, the same is true for some women. And I know what I’m workin’ with. My pussy is nice and fat and juicy.” Jasmine smiled and paused for effect. “And like I said, you ain’t ready for this.”

The sake was definitely having its effect on me, and with Jasmine talking about her pussy, I was ready to take her back to my crib, which wasn’t too far from the restaurant, and fuck her brains out. But I decided to just keep myself in check and play things cool for the moment.

I placed my hand back on Jasmine’s thigh. Only this time I didn’t focus on her knee. Instead I worked my hand upward until I got to her crotch area and I started to rub on her pussy.

She immediately stopped me though. “When you really ready for this, let me know and we’ll revisit that then. I don’t think your Mia would be too happy right now.”

I nodded my head and I played things cool and kept everything in line with the way things had been flowing.

“You just passed your final exam,” I said to Jasmine.

She smirked and looked at me and then went back to eating her food.

Before long we had finished eating and we made it back to my car. I had the driver swing by my house, which wasn’t too far from the restaurant. I knew that Mia wouldn’t be there because ever since the break in she had felt more comfortable staying at my apartment in Manhattan and that’s where she was at the moment.

I lived in Kings Point, a very exclusive area in Long Island. Jasmine had never been to that part of Long Island. I genuinely had to stop back at my crib and pay the contractor that was doing some work at my house. Since I was heading to Manhattan after dropping off Jasmine in Queens, it made sense to just swing by the crib and knock it out at that point.

When we reached my crib I exited the car, but Jasmine stayed put. I ran inside and paid the contractor, and shortly thereafter, I was back at the car.

“Come inside,” I said to Jasmine and extended my hand to her.

“Nico, where’s Mia?” Jasmine said in a loud whisper, a devilish grin on her face.

“We good. Don’t worry about that. She’s in the city.”

Jasmine shook her head, looking at me while she exited the car. “I cannot believe you.”
