His Siren - A Steele Riders Family Novella
“What? You can’t drop shit on motherfuckers like that.”
“Well, I did. I was in the middle of kissing my fiancée when you called, so excuse us.” I end the call, tucking my phone away, and return my attention to my woman. “Where were we?” My mouth lands on hers, forgetting all those around.
“Oooh, I’m going to have a grandbaby soon that way.”
“Already on the way,” I growl with my lips still plastered to Roxanne’s.
Pulling away, I say, “Can you guys find a place for my mom to stay?”
“I’ll be on Mom duty,” Blade teases, winking at her.
“Goodness, all of your friends are gorgeous.”
I roll my eyes and add, “As long as it gets you out of the house for the rest of the day, have fun.”
“I’ll drop you off,” Blade says, “Then I’ll be back for you.”
“You better leave my mother alone.”
“That’s for telling Rox that I played with your balls, asshole.”
“They are going to make great brothers,” Roxanne giggles at my side. I guess he’ll be a decent brother as long as he isn’t looking to be my stepdaddy.Chapter 14EmilianoRoxanne and I enter the hotel after a few days in Steeleville for her to wrap up some stuff at home and for me to rest. The day after my mother showed, I told her about Magnus’s reason for revenge. She cried and begged for forgiveness because she brought this into my life, but I had to remind her that she also brought me into this world as well which I owed her for.
Once we shared our emotions, my mom and I promise each other that we’re moving on and letting go of the past. I’m doing that by getting married in a few days to the most beautiful woman in the world. I can’t freaking wait.
“Mr. Martín. It’s good to see you back and in good health,” Anderson says, shaking my hand. He remains the head of security for the time being. He’s a good guy with ambition. I’ve had all of their backgrounds redone by Cyber before I left Steeleville. Anderson has a sick mother and uses his money to care for her. He has so much promise with Granite Hotels.
“Thank you.”
“Anderson, this lovely beauty as you know is my Roxanne. My siren, Anderson is the head of security for this hotel.”
“Hello.” She goes to reach out and shake his hand, but I hold it back and growl.
“I don’t like you touching other men,” I whisper in her ear and pat her ass.
Rolling her eyes, she says, “Since you won’t let me be civil, I’m going to our room. Bye, Anderson.” She moves to get away, but tug her close so her ass rubs against my throbbing cock.
“We have some matters to discuss as soon as you have time,” Anderson coughs out.
“I’d like to show my fiancée to the kitchen.” We walk away and through the restaurant.
“Sir,” the hostess calls out looking nervous.
“What’s going on?”
“You’re just in time. Valentino cut his hand and was bandaged up. They just sent him home. Chef Aidan is without a sous chef and we have a large crowd.”
“Well the tour will have to wait. Can we call in some people?”
“I think it’s time to test my skills, Emiliano.”
“Mr. Martín, I believe we’re going to be swamped.”
“Calm yourself, Aidan. Let me introduce you to my fiancée who I wished to be training in here with you, but since you could use the help, Roxanne can help while I have a meeting with Anderson.” I turn to Roxanne with a concerned smile and ask, “Are you sure you want to do this?”
“I’m sure. Go. I can handle cooking.” I pull her in, pressing her against my chest and snake my hand into her hair. Kissing her wildly, I pull away because I have the insane urge to fuck her on the steel counters in the busy kitchen.
“She’s mine. Touch her and I’ll use these knives on your balls. Understood?”
“Yes, Mr. Martín.”
Attending my meeting with Anderson because I left Roxanne with one of the toughest chefs in the country. Hell, Valentino might have cut his hand on purpose to avoid Aidan’s demands.
Two hours later, I stroll through the restaurant and see all the patrons eating happily. When I enter the kitchen, I see Aidan and Roxanne working side by side, laughing. Fuck. Bad idea. The slick fucker might try to steal my woman.
“What the hell is going on in here?”
“Emiliano,” Roxanne cheers, smiling up at me while holding a knife.
“Valentino’s injury was a blessing. Your lovely fiancée is talented and organized. We are already able to start on the prep work for tomorrow morning.”
“Thank you.”
“Roxanne, are you ready? We’re joining your brother on the strip.”
“Oh yes. I almost forgot.” She washes her hands and then addresses him. “Thanks so much for letting me work here, Aidan. It’s been fun.”
