But since he’s had a lifetime of dealing with OCD, doing the systematic desensitization just the one time wouldn’t suddenly “cure” him. It would take time and repeated exposure, which I was all too pleased to be of service.

We spent both weekends together, which were just as magical as the first, and it’s amazing how close we’ve gotten in such a short amount of time, spending the entire time from Friday after school until he goes back home Sunday afternoon talking and getting to know every little detail about each other’s life in between making love. Although, I do miss my Fridays at Club Alias. It’s the atmosphere though, not the company. No… definitely not the company. And I cannot wait until Nathaniel becomes a member and can go with me. Then my life will be complete, combining the best of both worlds.

School days have become like foreplay, riling one another up until we’re desperate for each other, so when Friday evening comes along, we’re tearing at each other’s clothes the moment we get to my house.

It’s getting harder and harder to wait, to resist this incredible magnetism between us, which is why, at the end of my day on a Wednesday, I find myself waiting for Nate to get out of swim practice, hidden in the shadows between two sets of lockers. Being the team captain, he told me it’s part of his duties to pick up all the equipment and is the last to leave, even after his coach, because he leads the cooldown stretches he and his teammates do at the end of practice.

I hear the loud sounds of teenage boys joking and horsing around as they burst through the doors a ways down before leaving out the set of doors that lead out into the student parking lot. Once all the noise settles down, I then hear the door open once more, along with the jingle of keys, and I peek my head out to see Nate locking the foggy glass doors to the pool.

Sneaking a look up the other end of the hallway, I make sure there are no stragglers, and just as Nate turns to make his way to the exit, I quickly tiptoe up behind him and pinch his butt cheek, letting out a maniacal giggle when he whips around with a “What the fuck!” with a furious scowl on his lips until he sees it’s me. I start backing away, a devilish grin on my face.

His instantly morphs, and he lets out a short huff of laughter, and then he’s stalking toward me. “You think you’re funny, little mouse?” he asks, his voice low and dark. I let out a squeak, spin on my toes, and take off running. I look back as I get to the intersection of hallways, seeing him chase me but not at a run. More like how the killer in a movie hunts their prey at a steady stride and somehow always catches up. But unlike the victims in those movies, I’m careful on my feet and will do all I can not to trip and fall.

With my heart racing and my adrenaline pumping, I turn the corner and sprint toward my library, where I unlocked the door before setting my plan in motion. No students had come in to use the library after school today, so there’s no one left, not even the janitor.

I’m hauling ass so fast that I literally skid to a stop in front of the library door, seeing him come around the corner of the darkened hallway and heading in my direction still using his even and long-legged stride. I let out an “Eep!” and shove through the door, running past the circulation desk and toward the wooden staircase leading to the second floor of bookcases. My lungs are screaming and my side is hurting when I’m halfway up the steps, but I push forward and make it to the top before I hear Nathaniel shove through the door.

The lights are all out, but since it’s still light outside, the evening sun comes through the wide but short windows along the top of the second story ceiling. I try to steady my breathing, long inhales and exhales through my mouth as I slink in between two rows of bookcases. I grin, hearing Nathaniel climb the stairs, purposely making each step loud as he whistles a tune, playing his part perfectly, even though we hadn’t discussed playing any type of game. He just gets me, understands what I want without me having to spell anything out. The perfect Dom to my sub. The yin to my yang.

As quietly as I can, I back up into the darkest shadows, far away from the light coming in through the windows, hearing his whistling getting closer and closer. My heart is pounding inside my chest, but I know it’s more from Nathaniel playing this cat-and-mouse game with me instead of the cardio I just got.
