Unexpected Fight (Unexpected Arrivals 2)

“I need you, Tyler,” she rasps.

“I’m here, baby. Right here.” I align myself at her entrance and push home. Fully sheathed in her warmth, I hold still, feeling her pussy clamp around me. My forehead rests against hers.

“Sit up,” she instructs. Her legs are wrapped tightly around my waist, and there is mischief in those hazel eyes.

Doing as she asks, I settle back on the couch, bringing her with me. She unclasps her legs from around my waist and balances herself on either side of my lap. Her hands rest on my shoulders as she lifts herself up, then falls back down. I grip her hips, letting her set the pace. “So good,” she moans, tossing her head back and never missing a beat as she rides me.

“Fuck. I wanted to savor you,” I tell her, not bothering to stop her from thrusting down on my cock. It feels too fucking good to stop her.

“Yeah?” she pants. “I want that too, but I need you.”

Who am I to argue with that? My wife says she needs my cock; I give her what she wants. Sliding my hand between us, I find her clit with my thumb and make small circles. Leaning forward, I capture a nipple in my mouth, and she stops. One final slam down on my cock, and she freezes. “Oh, Tyler.” The word escapes on a soft breath.

I don’t stop. My thumb continues to make small, steady circles on her clit, and my tongue lavishes her nipples. One, then the other, giving them equal attention. She pulses around me; she’s close. Letting her nipple slide from my mouth with an audible pop, I stare up at her. I can’t seem to read her expression, but her pussy, that’s a language I speak, and as my thumb continues to move over her clit, she grows tighter around me.

“Thank you.”

“For what?” I ask.

“This. Today. Our life.”

“You needed to tell me this now?” I lift my hips, causing her hold on my shoulders to tighten and her head to fall forward.

“I-I didn’t want to forget with everyone upstairs and the babies. I just wanted you to know how special this is to me.”

“I know, baby.”

She leans in and kisses me sweetly. When she pulls back, she winks and slowly starts to rise and fall on my cock. I’m so fucking close I don’t know if I can last. “Make me come, Ty.”

“Yes, ma’am.” Standing with her in my arms, I grin when she yelps a little, locking her arms and legs around me. “Hold on, Reags.” She does just that as I grip her ass and slam her down on my cock. Over and over again, I push into her until I feel her convulse around me. A few more quick thrusts and I release inside her.

We’re both breathless by the time I set her on the couch. I hold her in my arms, just enjoying this time with her. I’ve missed being able to seduce my wife. “Let me get something to clean us up.” I rush to the bathroom and search for a washcloth. When I don’t find it, I grab an extra towel out of the drawer and make a mental note to replace it. Running the hand towel under warm water, I rush back to Reagan and clean her up as best as I can, before wiping my cock.

“We went bare,” I state the obvious.

“Yeah,” she agrees.

“We never did talk about birth control after the boys were born.”

“Too late now.” She laughs.

“Are you upset?” I feel like an ass that I forgot. But fuck me, she’s my wife, and I wanted her. Is that a crime?

“No. I’m not upset.” I’m surprised after everything we’ve just been through. I was certain we’d not be having anymore babies.

“So, we could have another baby in a few months.”

“Nine.” She smiles up at me.

“Is that what you want?”

“Is that what you want?” she counters.

“I want more babies. The timeline is up to you. It’s your body.”

“Let’s just see what happens from today and go from there.”

“Deal. Hungry?” I ask, handing her clothes back before sliding into mine.

“Starving.”

We clean up and put ourselves back together as best as we can before going to the crockpot on the small kitchen counter in the basement and dishing out plates of spaghetti. Reagan grabs the already made salads from the fridge while I gather a couple of pieces of garlic bread from the other crockpot.

“Kendall out-did herself.”

“She really did,” I concur. “We owe them a night of babysitting.”

“The boys would love that,” she agrees, a twinkle in her eye.

We eat our entire meal without feeding babies or changing diapers or trying to soothe a fussy child. We love our boys with everything inside us. However, it’s nice to just be with her. To get to talk to her without interruptions. To have her undivided attention. It’s been a tough few months, but together, we’ve made it through to the other side stronger.

We take our time eating and talking, just enjoying each other’s company. When we’re finished, we clean the basement kitchenette before heading back upstairs. The guys give us knowing looks. Well, all of them except for Ridge. He does smile at us, though. I’m surprised that Seth and Kent have the boys while Mark has Everly. Knox, on the other hand, he has the full attention of his parents and Aunt Dawn, and he seems to be soaking it up like a sponge.

“Want us to take them?” Reagan offers.

“Nope. We’re good. We’ve not gotten to do this nearly enough these past few months. You two take a break.” Seth smiles down at Ben. “Right, little man? Mommy and Daddy need a break.” Ben turns to look for us and grins.

Beck has his head resting on Kent’s shoulder, and he’s about to be lights out. I pull Reagan into my arms and look down at her. She’s smiling, her eyes glassy with tears. “What’s wrong?”

“Nothing.” She chuckles softly. “How did we get so lucky?” she asks after a beat.

“This is our life, baby. We might have had an unexpected fight, but we won the battle.”

She nods and rests her head against my chest. The rest of the evening is spent laughing and cutting up with our closest friends. I’m certain it will be a night we never forget.

I can’t believe that Miss Everly is turning a year old today. The end of November isn’t the best time to have a birthday because Christmas is just weeks away; it’s definitely going to be her favorite time of the year.

It won’t be long, and that will be the boys. February is just around the corner. This first year of their life has been an adventure, to say the least. Not just because of Ben’s heart condition. Every single day it’s something new and exciting.

While I always knew I wanted kids, I never understood the love of a parent and their child until I had my own. It’s a love unlike no other.

I’m standing in the corner of Ridge’s living room watching everyone. Knox is racing around being chased by all three babies, and he loves it. Everly only started walking a few weeks ago. Admittedly her tiny little legs are no match for her brother’s, but she doesn’t let that stop her from trying. The twins giggle and crawl as fast as they can, racing after them. It fills my heart with joy to watch. I wasn’t sure I’d ever get to see this, and I thank God every day for pulling my baby boy through this.

“What are you doing over here?” Dawn asks.

“Just taking it all in.” I point to the kids, and she laughs.

“They’re having the time of their lives.”

“That they are.”

“What’s going on over there?” She points to where Seth and Amelia are standing off to the side of the room, talking.

“We all grew up together,” I explain. “Amelia used to be our next-door neighbor. We all used to be really close before she moved away for school.”

“Now she’s back?”

“Yeah, I haven’t had much of an opportunity to catch up with her, but from what Mom tells me and what little time I was able to talk to her at my shower, she’s back for good.”

“Is there something brewing there?”

I study them for a few minutes. “Nah. There wasn’t back then either. She’s just a part of our childhood.” As I say the words, she throws her head back in laughter. Kent’s smile is wide as well. “I can guarantee you they’re telling stories about when they were younger. The guys let her tag along everywhere they went. She’s the same age as them.”

“Did they ever let you go?”

I shrug. “Sometimes. Not as much as I would have liked,” I admit, and she smiles. “What about you and Mark? What’s going on there?”

She sighs. “I’m not really sure. We’re together, I guess. We’ve never really had the conversation, you know? We just kind of started hanging out and things have… gone from there.”

“And? How do you feel about that?”

“He’s a great guy.”

“He is,” I agree. “But?”

“No buts. I just don’t want to push him away with talks of commitment.”

“You deserve to know, and you deserve the commitment. From an outsider looking in, he’s fully committed.”

“What makes you say that?”

“He can’t keep his eyes off you.”

“That has less to do with commitment and more to do with his sex drive,” she says casually.

“I think you’re wrong.”
