Possessive Daddy Next Door

“Nah. There’s nothing out here but bears and wolves.”

She laughs then gets serious. “Are there really bears?”

“I mean, sure. Didn’t you know that?”

“No.” She looks horrified. “I used to walk around here all the time.”

I laugh and lean against her. “Don’t worry. Bears don’t eat pretty girls.”

“I don’t think that’s true.”

“Okay, yeah, it’s not at all.”

She groans and I laugh again. I put my arm around her and she leans against me before tilting her chin up in my direction. I look down into her eyes and I feel my heart beating fast in my chest. Her lips are gorgeous and full, her tongue pink and her teeth white. I have this feeling inside of me, this intense feeling, like I need to take her and keep her safe, keep her from harm. I need to make sure nothing ever hurts her again.

I want to give her what she wants, what she needs. Maybe she doesn’t know what that is yet, but I know, I can feel it in my bones.

I kiss her. She kisses me back and takes a sharp breath in through her nose. Goddamn, she tastes good, like grass and honey, a heady bouquet of taste.

The kiss breaks off slowly and she blinks up at me. “That was… nice.”

“Hm. I’d use a different word.” I take a fist full of her hair and tilt her head back again. She gasps as I kiss her, slow and deep, tasting her. I practically growl my desire and have to stop, force myself to pull away. She’s breathing hard and staring at me, eyes wide, lips parted.

I stand up and move away. I can feel my desire pulsing through me and I want to take her so badly. I want to take her right here, right on this porch, make every inch of her gorgeous, sweet body mine.

But I can’t. Not right now. There are too many reasons why this is such a stupid idea.

“Listen—” she starts, but I stop her.

“If you stay here, I’m going to take you,” I say. My voice is soft and I look back at her. “It would probably be a mistake.”

“Yeah.” She stares at me, breathing hard. “Probably.”

“Let me drive you home.”

“Sure. Okay. Drive me home.” She hesitates. “When you say take me… what do you mean?”

I step toward her. “I mean rip that shirt off, kiss your breasts, lick your nipples, pull off those tight jeans, and slide my cock deep inside your wet, tight little cunt. I’d fuck you until you said my name over and over again, and only after making you sweat and beg, only after you asked nicely, only then I’d let you come.”

She stares at me. I bet she’s never heard a man talk like that in her entire life. I walk over and tilt her chin up.

“Tell me you want that,” I say.

“I… god, I want it.”

I lean down and kiss her. I let that kiss linger. “Maybe another time.”

She bites her lip. “Yeah. Right. Sure.”

I take her hand and lead her to the truck. When she’s set, I put Tab in the back, get her strapped in, then climb up front and head out. When I get to the gate, she jumps out. “I’ll walk up,” she says. “Uh, thanks for dinner. It was really good.”

“Glad you liked it.” I lean toward her. “See you at work.”

That makes her smile. “Yeah. See you at work.”

I nod and she shuts the door. I watch her slip through the gate and hurry up her driveway. I watch until she disappears from sight.

I drive back home. I sigh to myself.

I lost control back there. I shouldn’t have done that. But fucking hell, I want this girl, and I know I’m going to have her sooner or later.5DeliaI can taste his kiss for days after that, even though we don’t see each other much. Patricks keeps him busy patrolling the grounds and I’m busy trying not to spiral into self-pity and loathing again.

“How long are you staying with us, darling?” my mother asks me one morning when I come down for breakfast around eleven.

I shrug and take some toast. “I don’t know,” I admit.

“You can stay as long as you want,” she says. “Of course.”

I give her a look. I know what that ‘of course’ really means. “I just need to get back on my feet.”

“Mmm,” she says and arches an eyebrow.

I frown at her and sit down. “What?”

“Nothing.”

“I know what that look means.”

“I’m not saying a word, dear. I know how you feel about me meddling.”

“Look, for once in my life, I’m actually asking. You should take the opportunity.”

She smiles at that. “All right then. I think you should go to some social events while you’re home. Visit with some of your peers.”

“My peers?” I sigh and take a bite of my toast. “I don’t have peers,” I say and get crumbs all over the table.
