The Journey Home
“Yes,” Cale hissed through his teeth. He placed his hands on my head, controlling the rhythm. “Fuck, I don’t want to come in your mouth.” He lifted me and in one fast movement, my panties where gone and Cale was moving in and out of me as he held me up and against the wall.
“Harder. Cale,” I said. “I want it harder.”
He held me as I wrapped my legs around him and he walked us over to the sofa. He pulled out of me as he set me down.
“Get on the floor, Maddie, and put your hands on the sofa. I’m taking you from behind.”
I followed his instructions and, as soon as he slammed his dick into me, I screamed. The way he held my hips and moved in and out of me was building my orgasm. I loved being like this with Cale. It was raw and passionate. The sound of his breathing as he fucked me fast and hard had my body reeling with pleasure. I threw my head back and called out his name as my orgasm raced through my body.
“Feels amazing. Yes! Oh, God yes!” I shouted as I totally let go. If my mother could see me now, she’d be appalled. Cale and I had plenty of hot sex, but something about this felt so raw…heated…hot as hell. “Oh, Cale…yes…”
“Is…this…what…you…wanted?” Cale panted as he thrusted harder and faster.
“Yes!” I cried. “I’m going to come again! Fuck me harder, Cale! Faster!”
He gave me what I asked for and I was calling out his name almost incoherently.
“Maddie, I’m coming,” Cale said as he dug his fingers into me. He pushed in one last time and grunted as he came. I could feel his warmth spilling into my body. I reached down and touched my clit, only to cause myself to fall into another orgasm. I screamed out in pleasure as Cale continued to move in and out of me until we both collapsed onto the rug, dragging in breath after breath.
“Holy…shit,” Cale said, trying to catch his breath. “That wore the shit out of me.”
I let out a laugh. His chest was heaving, and just the sight of him had me turned on again. But I was exhausted, and I knew he was even more exhausted.
“Hottest moment of my life…so far,” I said, wiggling my eyebrows.
“Give me thirty minutes and I’ll be ready to go again,” he said.
I pushed him onto his back and crawled on top of him. I began grinding against him as I grabbed my breasts and played with my nipples. “Cale, you turn me on so much. I can never get enough of you.”
He grabbed my hips and closed his eyes. “Damn it, Maddie. You’re going to kill me. My dick can’t possibly function right now.”
I took my right hand and began touching myself as I dropped my head back. “Yes…ah…feels so good,” I whispered.
I could feel Cale’s dick getting harder and I smiled. “Why, Mr. Blackwood. You underestimated him.”
Cale sucked in a breath and mumbled something. I began rocking more. The harder his dick got, the more it rubbed on my clit. I moaned as I felt my orgasm building. “Ride me, Maddie. Ride me hard and fast.”
I lifted up some and sank down onto him and began moving up and down.
“Yeah baby,” he said, “That’s it. God, Maddie…”
“Seriously. You two fuck more than rabbits.”
I stopped moving. I quickly looked around. I didn’t see anyone. I mouthed to Cale, Is someone here?
He made a face and shrugged. “I don’t know,” he whispered. “Hello?”
“I’m in the kitchen.”
My mouth dropped open. “I thought you took the key from them!” I said as I ran down the hall to our bedroom. Cale was right behind me. He quickly closed the door.
“Shit,” he said. “I forgot to get it from them.”
I shook my head. “Damn it, Cale. He can’t keep walking in on us like that. Son of a bitch! I was about to have another amazing orgasm.”
I stomped my foot like a five-year-old, and I didn’t even care. Cale tried not to laugh, but I could tell he was holding it in. He walked over to his dresser and pulled out a T-shirt and a pair of sweatpants.
“I’m so sorry, baby. Let me go get rid of him.”
I grabbed Cale’s arm. “Don’t be mean to him. Just forceful.”
He nodded and gave me a quick kiss on the lips. “Be right back.”
I watched as Cale made his way to kick his best friend out of our house. I sat down on the bed and waited. After almost fifteen minutes with no sign of Cale, I got dressed and headed to see what was going on.
Walking into the living room, I saw the back porch light on. Through the sliding glass door, I saw Cale and Jack sitting out there. Cale had his hand on Jack’s back and appeared to be consoling him. I wasn’t sure whether I should let them be or go out there.
I was just about to open the door when my phone rang. I ran over to my purse and pulled it out. Monica was calling me.
“Hello?” It was silent until I heard her sniffle. “Monica? Are you okay?”
“No! Jack and I had a fight. Our first fight. It was bad, Maddie. It was really bad.”
I looked back toward the deck. “Um, Jack is here now,” I said. “He’s talking to Cale.”
“Is he? He said he was going out, that he needed to get a drink. I was sure he went to a bar or club.” She started crying harder.
“Monica, what happened?” I asked as I made my way into the formal dining room.
She tried to stop crying and talk. “I don’t know! That’s the whole thing. I told Jack about dinner at your place tomorrow night, and I said something about Lily. He rolled his eyes and slammed his hand down on the counter. It scared the shit out of me, Maddie. It brought back all those memories of my father.”
I closed my eyes and shook my head. Monica’s dad had never hit her, but he’d verbally abused the hell out of her. “Oh, no. Monica. Why was he so angry?”
Her voice was laced was sadness. “I asked him and he…he said he didn’t know…then he said…he said…oh God.”
My heart began racing. “What? He said what?”
Her voice cracked as she spoke. “He said marrying me was…a mistake.”
I looked back out at the porch. My heart hurt for Monica. “No,” I whispered.
Monica was crying so hard that she was slurring her words.
“Monica, please calm down,” I said. “I can’t understand you. Take in a deep breath.”
After a few minutes of deep breaths, she was finally calm.
“I don’t think Jack meant that,” I told her. “I see the way he looks at you and I know he loves you. Maybe something else is wrong or…maybe…”
“It doesn’t matter. I’m not going to be in the same type of marriage as my mother and father. I won’t do that, Maddie. I packed a bag and I left.”
I walked back out into the living room. That’s when I saw it—Jack’s shoulders shaking. He was crying.
“Wait! What? Monica, just take a deep breath and think about what you’re doing.” I started to panic, but I wasn’t sure why. “Monica, Jack is here and he’s…he’s…honey he’s crying.”
Silence.
“Monica? Are you still there?”
I heard a faint sniffle. “What did you say?” Monica barely whispered.
“Um…Jack’s crying. Monica, where are you? Can you come over here?”
“I…I can’t, Maddie. What he said to me…I just can’t.”
I closed my eyes and prayed that she’d change her mind. There had to be a reason that Jack lashed out like that. I just couldn’t see Jack acting that way toward Monica. He loved her so much. I opened my eyes to see Cale looking at me. I pointed to the phone and mouthed, Monica. Cale just stood there. He almost seemed stunned. What the hell was going on?
“Monica, Cale is coming back into the house, honey. Give me two minutes to talk to him. Just give me two minutes, I won’t hang up.”
Monica blew her nose. “Just call me back Maddie. I need to calm down and have a few minutes to myself.”
I took in a shaky breath. “Okay, Monica. I’ll call you right back.”
I
didn’t like the way Cale was looking at me with worry all over his face. Something was wrong. Something was terribly wrong.
MADDIE ENDED HER call with Monica and asked, “Cale, what in the world is going on? Did you know that Jack told Monica marrying her was a mistake? Why would he say such a thing? She’s leaving!”
“What do you mean she’s leaving?” I asked, looking back outside at Jack.
“Just that. She said she packed a bag and left. She was hysterical. What the hell is happening?”
I ran my hands through my hair and let out a breath. “Oh, God. Jack is a drunken mess.”
Maddie gasped. “He didn’t drive did he?”
I shook my head. “No. He said he took a cab here, but he’s a mess.”
