Lifting his eyebrow, I saw a hint of childlike behavior. I shook my head and held up my hands. “Mr. Stowe … you stay away. This morning you caused me to soil my drawers from tickling me.” I was dressed in one of Danny’s shirts. It fell to the middle of my thigh and I knew Danny loved seeing me in it. If anyone saw me walking around, I would probably be shot on the spot. I quickly turned and began running. Danny caught up quickly and grabbed me. Screaming out Danny’s name as he threw me over his shoulder, Danny slapped my ass and took off toward the water.

“No! Do not think of it, Daniel Gael Stowe!”

Two seconds later, I was in the Atlantic Ocean and my husband’s warm lips were on mine as my hands moved to his hair. His kisses rendered me helpless as his hands moved under his shirt I was wearing, finding his way to my hardened nipples. I let out a whimper as my need grew.

Moving his lips along my jaw to my neck, I grasped onto his shirt for my legs felt weak. I needed him. Couldn’t get enough of him. This man was my life. My forever happiness.

“Take me, Danny.”

And like that, he had his cock buried inside of me as I moved my body against his. The friction of the water making it all the more amazing. “Danny,” I said as my eyes caught his.

Danny reached up and grabbed a fist full of my hair as he thrust into me hard and spoke with a growl, “I will never … in my life … love anyone … but you.”

Another orgasm hit me as I felt myself squeeze around his cock. Danny grunted, then called out my name. He still had my head pulled back as his cock twitched inside my body. Danny’s lips moved along my neck as he whispered, “No one will ever take what is mine.”

Smiling, I whispered, “Never.”

The warm sun on my face felt like heaven. I had fourteen more days of sheer bliss with Danny before we headed back to Savannah. Danny was going to talk to his father about opening up a restaurant on Tybee Island the moment we returned to Savannah. Smiling, I felt him before he made himself known.

His hot breath a

gainst my neck sent shivers throughout my body. “Darling, are you hungry?”

That’s when it hit me, I was beyond hungry. “Yes!” I stood up and turned to face my husband.

My husband. I wanted to hug myself just thinking it in my head.

Taking my hand in his, Danny led me into the house. Making our way to the small kitchen area, he pulled the seat out for me. I inhaled something heavenly as I sat. Danny set a plate down in front of me and I let out a soft moan.

Trout. I loved trout.

“Michael and I did some fishing this morning.”

Turning, I looked at him. “Michael?” I asked.

“He lives about a mile down the road. He’s been spending time with our Lucy.” Danny raised his eyebrows.

“Really?” I asked, as I placed my napkin in my lap. Glancing back at my plate, my mouth watered. “Boiled potatoes, too? You’re spoiling me, Mr. Stowe.”

Kissing me quickly on the lips, Danny winked. “It’s called loving you, darling.”

As we ate supper, Danny filled me in on Michael and Lucy’s … adventures. “I dare say your sweet Lucy has a naughty side to her.”

“Danny, you know no such thing.”

Laughing, he nodded his head. “I’m afraid I do. Especially when I saw her exiting Michael’s house earlier this morning in a rush, looking rather well-fucked I might add.”

My mouth dropped open. “Daniel Stowe, that is terrible.” I let out a giggle as he nodded his head.

“Do you blame her?” Danny asked, taking a bite of his fish.

Shaking my head, my smiled dropped. “Not one bit. My mother has kept her under her eye since I can remember. Poor girl deserves a life that does not consist of helping me, my sister or my mother with all our needs when we are very capable of doing it ourselves.”

Danny gave me a warm smile as we both went about eating.

I practically licked my plate as I finished eating. Danny stood and reached for my hands. “Let the mess be, darling. I want to hold you in my arms.”

We had an agreement. Danny cooked and I cleaned. My heart dropped and my stomach did that little flutter thing again as I placed my hand in Danny’s. Returning back into the parlor, he set a plate of cold bread and jam down. I leaned back and smiled. “I cannot fit another thing into this stomach. I fear my dress is already about to burst apart at the seams.
