Me: I don’t know. I can’t really ask without seeming eager.

Boon: You eager for me, Posey?

Man, he makes me weak in the knees.

Me: Maybe.

Boon: Maybe?

Me: Okay, sure.

Boon: Sure?

Me: Fine, yes.

Boon: That’s right, gorgeous. Don’t worry. I’m real eager for you too.

I can’t hold back my giddiness. I cover my mouth as I look down at my phone.

Me: Tell me, do you like any of these dresses?

Boon: Nope. Going for option four.

I scrunch up my brows.

Me: What’s that?

Boon: Naked. Totally and completely naked.

I sputter with laughter.

Me: Yes, my dad would so approve.

Boon: That could pose a problem. So you’ll be naked, in my arms, and I’ll wrap my coat around you.

Me: No, you wouldn’t. You’d bend me over the nearest surface if I were naked.

Boon: You know me so well, Posey Adler.

Chills run up my spine. I really like this guy.

Me: Are you hard?

Boon: I am. I always am when I want your naked body on mine. Which is all the time. And let me tell you, it’s hard to skate with a hard-on in a cup.

I lick my lips. I don’t know how he is able to keep it in a cup. I feel a tingling sensation all over my body as I type back quickly.

Me: Well, I’m wet.

When I hear choking, I look back to see him bent over. Is he okay?

Boon: Damn, girl. Out of nowhere with that one. You made slushy come out my nose.

Wait! What? My jaw drops. “Mom! We have slushies?”

I hear Boon laughing as my mom turns to look at me. “Yes, honey. You asked me to get a machine. I told you I did.”

Shelli shakes her head. “No, Mom. You told me you got it for her as a gift for the plane, but then I distracted you with wedding plans before you could tell her.”

Mom glances over at me, guilt-ridden. “I’m sorry, baby. But yes, I got the machine for you.”

I don’t even care that she got distracted or that I was telling Boon I was wet two seconds ago. I love slushies! “So cool! Thanks, Mom.”

“Just ask Luna to get you one,” she says, speaking of our flight attendant. I turn in my seat, but I can tell she’s busy with her cart. I can get my own slushy. Plus, I can tease Boon a little bit. I get up and head down the aisle, my eyes on him. He has this sneaky little grin on his face as his eyes stay locked with mine. I may have a bit more sway in my hips than needed, but I like the way he is looking at me.

As I walk past him, I accidentally hit him with my ass. “Oh, my bad.”

He chuckles as he says, “You’re fine, Coach.”

I’m pretty sure there is a double meaning to that statement, and it thrills me. I notice Wes is shaking his head, laughing, and I forgot he knows we’re together. Boon promises me he won’t say a word, so I guess I’ll have to trust in that. Wes’s laughter is contagious, though, and I have to hold mine back as I head to the slushy machine. I expect Boon to follow, but when he doesn’t, I find myself disappointed.

I could have fondled him for a second.

Darn.

But when the sweet, sugary goodness pours out into my cup, I’m satisfied. It might be a bit sad that I’m choosing a slushy over fondling my boyfriend.

Eek. Boyfriend. I forgot that’s what he is now. It makes me giggle.

“Posey, you’re a little too excited to get a slushy,” Aiden teases, and I set him with a look.

“You don’t live in a house without sugar, remember?”

He scoffs. “You know you can move out, right?”

That gets my mom’s attention. “Aiden Brooks, if you want me to keep on liking you, you better stop talking my daughters into moving out of my house.”

The whole plane starts to razz him, and I laugh as I head up the aisle. When I come beside Boon, I “accidentally” drop my phone in his lap. “Oh no,” I feign, and his eyes are on fire as he meets my gaze. “I’m so sorry. It slipped.”

He brings up my phone, his hand brushing my sex, sending me rocketing to the moon. “You’re fine, Coach.”

I’m pretty sure he can bring me to climax with that statement.

I take my phone as Wes snorts beside him. “You two are playing with fire,” he mutters.

Wes is damn right we are.

And I love it.

I head back to my seat with my cup of sugary happiness and cuddle up with my phone and blanket. I have some work I can do, but I’m too wound up to do it. I want to play with Boon some more. I open my messages to find one from him.

Boon: You’re evil.

I smile.

Me: Well, I’m upset with you.
