Thor & Stacey

“Silly little girl. You are living in a fantasy if you think this boy loves you. The minute he gets what he wants from you, he is going to walk away and you will be used up and soiled.” I feel the tension as it coils inside of him and I know he is about to blow. Squeezing his hand, I try to calm him, but it doesn’t work.

“With all due respect Mrs. Hansen, I am not going to sit here and listen to you tell my girl that I don’t love her. Frankly, your disregard for her feelings...no for our feelings is downright bogus. I am going to marry your daughter with or without your blessing. Now if you will excuse us.” With that announcement, he pulls me out the door and into the car. He white knuckles the steering wheel and grinds his teeth. “I am so sorry for disrespecting your mom like that, sweet thing. I just couldn’t listen to her demean our love anymore. I hope you know nothing she said is true. I would never break your heart. You are it for me, love. Tell me you feel the same way.” I smile at him.

“Duh,” I say giggling right before I kiss him. “What do you say we skip the dance and go straight to the big event,” I ask him, kissing his neck.

“For sure baby. Anything you want.” We drive to the dance and walk into the lobby. The decorations and music is stellar. Playing right now is “Whip It” by Devo. I love this song. I find myself moving and he chuckles. “Do you want to take a moment and go dance? It’s cool with me.” I bite my lip, giving it some thought, and decide I would like to dance with him for a few songs.

“Most definitely.” Pulling his hand we walk into the ballroom and immediately fall into a groove with the music. The next song is a slow song by Barbara Streisand called “Woman in Love.” How appropriate. When the song is over, he looks me in the eye.

“Are you ready, sweet girl?”

“Yes, Thor. I have been ready long before you knew. Take me upstairs and make me yours.”

“You are already mine, Stacy. This is just the seal. The claiming. The proof that you know who you belong to.” God. He is so wicked right now. I love it. He leads me to the elevator and then to the room. My body is alive, knowing we are going to be together, finally.

“Oh my.” I gasp, looking at all of the rose petals strewn about. This is… this is outrageous. When did you have time to do this?”

“Before I picked you up.” He removes his jacket and his tie. I watch as his eyes devour me. I feel naked even though I have yet to remove a stitch of clothing. Unbuttoning his top shirt, he walks over to me. “I have been waiting for you, sweet thing. Waiting to become one with you. It has been torture, but it has all been worth it. You are the other half of me, Stacey, and I am asking you to give yourself to me as my fiance’.” He pulls out a box and opens it, and tears spring forward from my eyes.

“Thor,” is all I can utter right now. This is purely a whoa moment. I never in a million years saw this coming. But now that it is here, I know there is only one answer. “Yes. I would be honored to be your wife.” He puts the most beautiful ring on my finger, and I can’t help but stare at it. It has to be about three carats. The style looks vintage. The band is platinum. It is perfectly fantabulous and gorgeous. “How did you ever afford something like this?” It must have cost a fortune.

“My family history goes back centuries. All the jewelry is passed down for generations. It is all tagged with the story of the person it belonged to. This one belonged to one of my ancestors, who was a maid for a rich Duke. One day when she snuck into his library to read, he caught her and intended to imprison her for entering a place she was not allowed until he looked into her emerald eyes and said she hypnotized him. He married her the next day, and they had six children. They were married until they died, on the same day.”

“Whoa. That is a beautiful story, and I am happy to carry on their legacy with you.” His mouth meets mine, and he begins to undress me. I shiver as his hands meet my naked skin.

“You are so soft, sweet thing,” he says in between kisses and removing my undergarments. When I am bare in front of him, he groans and begins to remove his. My heart is a slow-building staccato, impatient, yet content to be worshipped. “Lie on the bed, love. I want to look at all of you.” I move and do as I am told. I love the command he has over my body. His slight dominance about some things is a comfort. “Holy hell, you are beautiful.” He removes his clothes, and my eyes widen. He is big everywhere. His body is righteous and hard. You can tell he pumps iron. His shoulders wide and his height more pronounced with nothing to hide his stature.
