Fake Marriage Box Set
The room faded, and I lost myself in his eyes. They darkened just before he cried out, his face a mask of ecstasy. He was beyond beautiful. So much so that I felt foreign emotions well up inside of me. I didn’t want to cry but fuck if my eyes didn’t get misty.
He laid down on top of me and gave me an odd look. “What’s wrong? Did I do something to hurt you?”
“No. Not at all. I just love you.”
He kissed me a few times softly and smiled. “I love you, too. It’s too damn hard to fight against it.”
“You were trying to fight against loving me?” My heart ached in my chest, and yet, I totally understood it on some level.
“Yeah. I’ve been hurt a lot in my life. I wanted to protect myself, but you’d already snuck down into my heart. You gave me no choice.” He brushed his nose against mine softly. “I’m yours if you’ll have me.”
“I wouldn’t want anyone but you.” I ran my fingers through his hair.
“Me too. I want to feel my skin against yours, but I get it.” He kissed me one more time before rolling off and getting up. “Come take a shower with me.”
“We’re getting clean just to get dirty again?” I laughed and got off the bed, my body warm and stretched. Tingles raced from my chest to my core, every part of me on fire for the handsome man with the fine ass walking to the bathroom in front of me.
“I like the sound of that. We should make a habit of it.” He turned on the shower and pulled back the curtain. “Check to see if it’s hot.”
I rolled my eyes and got in. “It’s not, but you are.”
“Mmmm… Well, flattery will get you nowhere, young lady.”
“It got me you.” I reached out and pulled him in, wrapping myself around him, and starting another round of love making.
Chapter Thirty-Nine
Two Weeks Later
Gavin
Maddie and I had been inching into our relationship as best we could, trying to learn each other through the process of dating, but it was hard. I wanted her in my bed every night, and her ring sitting on my dresser haunted the hell out of me.
There was no doubt in my mind. She was going to be my wife.
So why the hell were we waiting? I'd already paid for the ceremony, and it had been beautiful. No one knew it was fake but us. All we had to do now was to sign the papers, and it wouldn't be fake anymore.
And we would be husband and wife. The thought alone made my body tight with the need to dominate my pretty little model.
If nothing else, she had to move in with me soon. I hated her living across town in an apartment all by herself. It was depressing for her and worried me.
I picked up the phone as I forced myself to finish getting dressed. "Hey. Make sure you wear something nice."
She laughed. "For pictures? Not this again, right?"
I smiled. "You might want to take a few photos, but that'll be up to you."
"I do like having your handsome face on my phone."
"Alright, tease. I'll see you shortly." I reached for a tie and decided against it, knowing my mom would give me hell if she were still around, but if I were being entirely honest, half the reason I didn't wear the damn gray tie was to get a rise out of her.
It’s what guys did to their mothers.
I drove over to Maddie's place and got out, walking to the door and popping my key in the lock. I walked in to find her in white lacy bra and panties, leaning over to slip sandals on her feet.
"Where is your dress, beautiful?" I walked toward her and slid my hands up her back to cup her shoulders as she stood.
"On the bed. I was trying to figure out which one I wanted to wear." She pressed her back to my chest, rolling her hips and playing with my dick. "Or maybe we could just skip dinner and make love all over my apartment."
