Her Surrender (Irresistibly Bound 2)

« Prev  Chapter  Next »

It didn’t matter. April wasn’t going to play Vicki’s game anymore. And she didn’t want to think about Vicki for one more second. From now on, her mind was a Vicki-free zone.

An hour and a podcast later, April slipped out of the tub and dried herself off. It was eleven p.m., so she threw on an old shirt, and got into bed.

April closed her eyes. A minute passed, then two, then five. She rolled over, trying to get comfortable, and caught a glimpse of her alarm clock. 11:15 p.m. She rearranged her pillows and rolled over again. Her mattress felt lumpy, and she kept getting tangled in her sheets. She looked at the clock. It was 11:23 p.m.

April let out a curse. She had been tired the whole day, but now, she was wide awake. There was no point lying in bed staring at the ceiling. Instead, she did what she always did when she couldn’t sleep.

She opened up her drawer and pulled out a small, pink vibrator.

Underneath her covers, April slipped out of her panties and turned the vibrator on, settling it at the peak of her slit. She closed her eyes, letting the vibrations ripple through her. April had never really considered this something sexual. It was more of a way to blow off steam and release tension.

But tonight, it wasn’t working.

She let out a growl of frustration and turned the vibe up a notch. Her mind began to drift back to the events of the day. Inevitably, her thoughts returned to Vicki. To that smug smile. That conceited way she held herself. That expectation that everyone bow to her. April had done just that, twice now.

And she had loved every moment of it.

A moan rumbled in April’s chest. She slid her free hand between her legs, gliding her fingers down her folds. She thought about how good Vicki had made her feel that night at the club, how much every kiss of that leather paddle had made her body come alive, how quickly she had yielded under Vicki’s dominating gaze.

April’s body began to sizzle. She hated the way Vicki made her feel. Like she was drowning, like she was losing control—losing herself—in Vicki.

April slid her fingers inside her entrance, her mind swirling with fragments of Vicki. Vicki’s fingertips grazing her skin. Vicki’s lips, smothering the flame between her thighs. Vicki’s essence, overloading her senses. Vicki’s thighs quaking around her head. April didn’t want to think about her right now. But she couldn’t stop. And she was so close.

April turned up the little pink toy, giving herself one hard burst of vibrations. Her body overcome, she rose up, Vicki’s name on her lips as she came.

She sank back into the bed, breathing hard. Whether April liked it or not, Vicki had wormed her way into April’s head and wasn’t showing any sign of leaving.

A quick trip to the bathroom later, and April was back in bed, her toy stashed away in her drawer. Without thinking, she glanced at the time. 11:54 p.m. Panic washed through her. She had vowed to stop playing Vicki’s game. But April couldn’t stop glancing at her phone. And with every passing second, her anxiety grew.

Sighing, April grabbed her phone. She thought for a moment. If she was going to do this, she could at least give Vicki something to think about. April pulled her vibrator out of her drawer, pointed her phone at it and snapped a picture. She sent it off to Vicki with only a minute to spare. Vicki could think whatever she liked about that.

Immediately, her phone buzzed.

Next time don’t make me wait, Vicki’s text said.

As April stared at the message, something dawned on her.

Vicki had been waiting for April’s photo.

Vicki was annoyed that she had to wait.

Vicki wanted April just as much as April wanted Vicki.

Vicki needed April’s submission just as much as April needed to submit.

April smiled. Vicki might have the upper hand now, but the game wasn’t over yet.

Chapter Eleven

April sat in the lobby of Oasis Developments, waiting for Vicki.

After the other night, when April had caved and sent Vicki the photo, their affair continued as it had before. April knew it didn’t make sense. Vicki was the last person she should have been doing this with. But she couldn’t deny how intoxicating she found Vicki, and how much playing Vicki’s game excited her.

It was almost like there were two Vickis. One of them was the stuck-up corporate businesswoman who was determined to bulldoze April’s beloved library and filled her with righteous fury. The other was the seductive siren who filled April's every waking moment with dreams of submission.

So April told herself that the woman she’d spent those nights with was a different person than the Vicki she’d fought with in the meeting room that day. After all, wasn’t April a different person when she was alone with Vicki? The defiant submissive she pretended to be was different than the person April was day to day. In April’s mind, the two worlds they existed in were completely separate.

So, April continued to follow Vicki’s rules. But that didn’t stop her from mounting her own little rebellion. Every day, she would send Vicki a photo just before midnight. At first, it was because she felt conflicted about her attraction toward the woman. After a few days, it became deliberate. April imagined Vicki sitting at home every night, staring at her phone and waiting for April’s photo to come. When it did, April made sure the photo was something provocative.
