The dishes danced across the table as I fucked her in earnest, and she was moaning her joy.

Knowing she was getting close, her pussy starting to get even tighter around me, I eased up, fucking her just enough as she hit her peak.

Soon she was quivering with orgasm, from her neck down to her feet.

Rallying quickly, she dropped to her knees, turning to look down the barrel of my cock, taking it as far into her mouth as she dared. Then she sucked my dick beautifully, her soft lips caressing the length of my cock again, drawing the load up from my balls into her mouth, swallowing with a smile.

I was beginning to think I could really get used to this.

Chapter Thirteen – Pauline

About a month later, we were headed to Eventide. The band’s old van that had more seats than usual and a habit of roaring was called the Beast. Packed in like sardines, with Thom’s kit set up in the front, we rolled south towards our destiny.

Despite their extensive experience with big events, the guys were still squirming in their seats very excitedly, like they’d won an award or the lottery. The nerves rattling through me were more anxious.

And not just because of the performance.

Yesterday I’d felt like throwing up before breakfast and had taken a pregnancy test on a whim. A smiley face showed up right away, even though I felt anything but smiley!

A million questions came crashing down in my mind. How would I tell Derek? It would mean no more performing— the loud music could hurt the baby’s ears. And it would mean he was committed forever.

We hadn’t even said we were in a formal relationship yet!

What if he just enjoyed hooking up while we made music together, but didn’t think it was anything serious?

I highly doubted it, because he treated me with tender loving care. But I never would know until I asked, which I had been afraid to do.

“It’s just another show,” Thom said, to my left.

“Yeah, but it’s Eventide,” I told him, concentrating on the legitimate reason for me to be nervous, instead of on my deep, dark secret.

And that part was also true— I couldn’t believe I was getting to play at Eventide! Despite my mom’s focus on classical music, I did what I could to rebel. Rap, Metal and Punk, all the known physical mediums are stockpiled under my bed like porn. If anything, porn would have been less shameful, with “bad taste” being the cardinal sin in our house.

“He’s right, you know,” Derek said, looking up from his plucking.

“Yeah.”

“If it helps, imagine the audience naked,” Jim suggested from the front seat.

I tried to fathom such a thing: 60,000 elegant, pale Goths in the buff, and ended up just blushing.

“You have your outfit picked out?” Derek asked me.

“Yes.”

“Which one.”

“The Victorian dress.”

“Good.”

“I can do your make-up if you’d like,” Thom offered.

“You do make-up?”

“I have seven younger sisters, so, yeah, I’m good at make-up, and hairstyles, too. I can do a bat’s nest to die for if you’re interested.”

“Sure.”

The second leg was winding down, with Jim and Hank taking turns so we could drive straight through, and the rest of us snatching sleep when we could. The rumble of the engine became comforting after a while.

The sun was setting under the skyline like a postcard as we hit the city limits. It was still a few hours until the gig, anticipation obliterating any fatigue that might have been lingering.

“Ladies first,” Jim said, sliding open the side door.

“If I see any, I’ll let you know,” I said, letting Thom and Derek go first.

Boots, and sneakers, on the ground, the brisk march started toward the stage door. It was a trek I’d gotten used to during my short time with DSM. The ritual of arrival was something I came to look forward to almost as much as the show itself.

There was only one dressing room, but it was surprisingly comfortable. I thought about heading through to the bathroom but why should I? I was part of the band. It wasn’t like they were going to gangbang me in the dressing room, and if they got an eyeful, what was the harm?

I was comfortable with my body, and it was no more than anyone would have seen at the pool or on the beach. At the same speed I would have used anyway, I got out of my street clothes and into my dress.

The guys were focused on their own business any time I chanced to check. None of them but Derek held any more attraction for or to me than my brother did, which held steady at zero. We really had become something like a family.

“Come into my chamber,” Thom beckoned, proffering a small bag.

His ‘chamber’ turned out to be the vanity set up in the room. With quick efficient strokes, he made up my face in a beautiful neo-Victorian fashion.
