Protector Cowboy (Whiskey Valley Bryant Brothers)
I hold my hands up. “Damn, Nat. You know I want you, but I was trying to wait until we were married. I want to do right by you.”
She sits up on her knees in the bed. “Uh, do you remember that night in the office? You took me then.”
I move to the bed and grab on to the post. It’s taking all my strength to hold myself back. “Of course I remember that night. I still dream about that night... you in my arms, coming on my dick... I remember it.”
She’s stroking her hand across her chest, rubbing her finger along the edge of her bra that is barely covering her large, round breasts. “I dream about it too. Want to know what else I dream about? Me and you in this bed, you taking me until I’m screaming your name.... and you putting your baby in me... that’s what my dreams are made of.”
My hips surge forward. Just talking about me making her pregnant has my cock hard and my balls heavy. “Me too... I want that.”
She lies back and slowly slides her legs apart until I have a perfect angle of her panty-covered mound. “You can have it, King. Anything you want from me you can have.”
I climb up the bed and stop when I’m between her legs. I pull her panties down her legs and toss them over the side. She’s already wet and swollen, ready for me. I caress up her thighs. My voice is gruff and husky. “You need to come, don’t you, baby?”
Her hips rise, and she nods.
I stroke my finger along her slit and lean in to suck on her swollen nub. Her hips gyrate, and it’s quick and fast. Her sweet flavor hits my tongue, and I’m a man obsessed. I bring her to completion until her legs are trembling from the orgasm that wracked through her body. Still fully clothed, I climb up the bed and lie next to her.
I pull out the phone and dial a number. “Hey. I need a justice of the peace at the ranch at five o’clock.”
The sheriff asks, “Today?”
“Today,” I tell him. The sheriff and I have been friends since grade school; he’ll make it happen. “And make sure you’re here. You can stand with my brothers.”
I hang up the phone, and Nat is staring at me. “Are you serious right now?”
I kiss her, ravaging her lips, and don’t pull back until I’m breathless. I get out of bed. “I’m serious. Eli will be home from school then. We can have the big wedding later, whenever you want, but this will have to do for now.”
“This is important to you, isn’t it?”
I nod. “Yeah, I want you in my bed now, but I won’t be able to look Eli in the face. He’s my son, Nat, and I need to do right by you and teach him the right way to do things. I need my ring on your finger. We’ll get married, and I’ll have you in my bed every night.”
I wait for her to argue... that she needs more time or a dress or something, but she doesn’t. She sits up. “Okay.”
“Okay?” I ask her.
She rolls her eyes. “You just said I’ll get to sleep with you every night... I’d say okay to anything for that.”
I lean in and wiggle my eyebrows at her. “Anything?”
She puts her arms around my neck. “Anything.”
I groan. “Woman, five o’clock won’t be soon enough.”
Epilogue
Nat
I don’t know how he made it happen, but he did. At exactly five o’clock, I was standing on the back deck with the Whiskey Valley mountains as a backdrop. I had Mia and Paulina standing beside me and Eli, Ryan, Chance, Griffin, and the sheriff next to King... and I said, “I do.”
The kiss was quick, and as we posed for a few pictures, Paulina brought out a cake to celebrate.
We all sit on the back deck, eating the cake. I’m still in my sundress which wasn’t very bridal, but it had to do with no time to go shopping. I’m sitting on King’s lap while everyone enjoys the cake.
King pulls me back against his chest. “I promise to give you the wedding of your dreams.”
I turn in his arms. This man... I swear he has no clue. “This is perfect, King. I don’t need another wedding. I needed to be your wife, and you made it happen. I’m happy with this.”
He shakes his head. “Yeah, but your parents…”
I put my hand on his chest. “My parents will understand. Are you kidding right now? They’ve heard all about you from Eli. You can do no wrong, and we’ll celebrate with them when we go next month.”
He nods, and I lean in to kiss him. I’m ready to disappear upstairs, but I can already feel my face heat just thinking about it. Everyone will know what we’re doing.
