“She’s amazing,” Jeremy added as he reached into the refrigerator to grab a bottle of water. He guzzled it down as his brothers continued to talk about the case.

“So what can you tell us about the murders? I mean, Wyatt gave you details, right?” Hank asked. Dalton remained quiet and he looked pissed off.

“Wyatt didn’t want to give me too many details. He knows how important Millie has become to us. He’s trying to protect us, too.”

“That fucking bad, huh?” Dalton mumbled with his arms crossed in front of his chest.

“The guy cut their fucking hearts out after beating them to near death,” Marco told them and mumbled curses went through the room.

“She’s not allowed to be alone. Ever,” Dalton raised his voice.

“That is not going to fly with her,” Marco stated.

“Tough shit,” Jeremy said.

“I’ve been giving this some thought since hearing the news, leaving her here this afternoon, and speaking with Wyatt. When she’s at the Triple C there are plenty of people around, including Anthony and you, Jeremy. Plus we have the extra security right now with the shelter in operation. When she’s here, she’ll have us and of course the guys. We’ll protect her,” Marco told them.

“Sounds like a good plan,” Hank replied.

“The shelter means a lot to her. We can’t make her stay here and not work there with Anna and Stacy,” Hank added.

“That is definitely not an option. She wouldn’t go for that, and as long as she has one of us or security around her, she should be okay. Maybe the police or FBI will have better luck tracking Frank down.”

“I sure as hell hope so, because right now, I want to place her in hiding and go hunt that asshole,” Dalton stated to everyone.

“Speaking of the asshole, I got a picture of the guy from Wyatt. We figured all the security guys and law enforcement should know about him and what he looks like. That way if he does get into town, we’ll have a better chance of recognizing him.” Marco sifted through a couple of folders and books in a pile on the table he had brought home from the department. He pulled out a yellow envelope and handed the picture to Hank first.

“Damn, he’s a big boy.”

“Not any bigger than us,” Dalton added as he looked over Hank’s shoulder.

“He’s a good-looking guy,” Jeremy stated, and his brothers all looked at him. “Hey, don’t read into that statement. What I mean is that he doesn’t look like some psycho killer. He looks like a guy who wouldn’t have problems getting a date.”

“He’s right. It’s not what I expected at all,” Hank stated.

“Well, take a good look. I also can send it to your cell phones so you have it on hand just in case.” Marco pressed a bunch of keys on his cell phone. A few seconds later, several cell phones went off around the room.

“So the FBI is involved, too, now? That should help, right?” Hank asked.

“It should. In the meantime, we do what we do best and protect what’s ours,” Marco stated, and everyone agreed.

Millie awoke to warm, soft kisses against her neck. She snuggled in tighter against the large, solid body and inhaled. It was Anthony, she was certain. His cologne was fresh and light where Jeremy’s was spicy.

“Wake up, woman,” Anthony whispered against her neck as his hands caressed her hip.

“Are you always this bossy?” she asked, her voice sounding tired and rough.

He pressed his hand over her backside and squeezed. “I thought we went over that already.”

She giggled as he pressed his thigh between her legs so his erection hit her pussy, causing her to awake more fully.

She opened her eyes. His face and head were now even with her breasts. She watched in fascination as he licked her nipple, rolling his tongue over the areola before sucking some of her breast into his hot, wet mouth.

Millie grabbed his shoulders, and then rocked her hips against his erection.

“Mmm,” he moaned, his mouth full with her breast and his cock pressing deeper against her thigh.
