The first time he pushed himself into my body I thought for sure that I’d hate it, knowing what I know now. His hiss when he bottomed out inside me and the things he said made me blush.
What made me blush even harder was the way my body betrayed me. The way I just succumbed to him like nothing happened. But I couldn’t help it. It’s like my body had been conditioned to take his. Maybe that was part of his diabolical plan the fiend.
When he was done, when he’d rung numerous screams out of me with too many orgasms to count he pulled out of my body and got dressed. “Don’t leave this room Ava, I mean it.” He kissed my ass cheek and walked away.

I took a hot shower, trying to wash away his touch, his smell that still lingered. How could I have been so stupid? I wiped away the tears I hadn’t been aware of falling and turned the water off. Standing in front of the mirror I studied myself.
It feels like I’d grown up in the last two hours but somehow it didn’t show on my face. I still looked the same, while inside I was a bundle of nerves and confusion. Nothing makes sense. How could the man who touches me as if he can’t get enough be the same man who’d said all those things to my father?
But he is, I’d heard him with my own two ears. Liar! I don’t believe that drivel he’d told me about dad either. In nineteen years I’ve never heard anyone say a bad word about him or my family for that matter. A family who’s been one of the premiers in our town going back a couple centuries.
I never got involved in dad’s business, so I knew very little about that, but I knew the man that he was and he would never cheat anyone. Whoever this Damien person was he was nothing but a lying monster.
I would’ve called him something else but even as I thought it my body remembered. I was embarrassed at the heat that started between my thighs. What had he done to me?
I left the bathroom for the bedroom and walked over to the window and looked down. It was too high up to jump. Plus I didn’t know how many goons he had on the premises.
I’d been too stupid, too blinded by his lies to pay attention when we arrived here. How long ago was that now? Only four days? Now it feels like a lifetime had gone by in just the last few hours.
How had things come to this? One minute I was falling head over heels in love with this guy and the next he was threatening to kill me. I wanted to convince myself that it wasn’t real.
That there’s no way he could’ve meant those awful things. But I realize I don’t really know him. As much as I’d like to believe that the man who touches me with such passion couldn’t possibly be a monster, I had all the proof I needed.
No, I have to get out of here. I walked around the room looking for any means of escape. The door was locked in some kind of way that it didn’t even budge when I rattled the knob. Beating against it and screaming did nothing and when I put my ear to the door I couldn’t hear anyone moving around out there.
I concentrated even harder on finding a way out. My eyes scanned the room and landed on something that could be of use to me. Just as I lifted it I heard his footsteps out in the hallway and my heart almost stopped.
I was back in bed when he walked through the door carrying a tray. I’d forgotten all about eating. I looked away from him and refused to even acknowledge his presence. He placed the tray down next to me on the bed.
“Eat.” I looked from the steaming dish of chicken and pasta to him and turned my back.
“Fuck, like I don’t have anything better to do. Ava stop acting like a child, you have to eat.”
I totally ignored him and he sat on the bed and turned me around by my shoulders. “I know you’re pissed but I’m not gonna let you starve yourself. Now calm the hell down and eat.” When I still didn’t answer and made no move to pick up the fork he flew into action.
He grabbed the fork and tried to force some pasta into my mouth. It was just the chance I needed. I brought the fireplace poker from beneath the covers where I’d hidden it and swung at his face.
He knocked my hand aside at the last second and jumped back out of the way. It was so fast I didn’t even see him move.
