“No. I mean, if you do, I open to it, but I’m happy here.”

“But what about River and Everett. They’ll have kids. It seems like the smart thing to do.”

“But you don’t want to?”

“I don’t. This was my parent’s house, and I feel closer to them just by living here. I know that’s crazy.”

“It’s not crazy, babe, but it’s a good thing you boys married the Jones Sisters.”

“Well, yeah, but why specifically.”

“River and I don’t want to live in different houses. We already discussed it. We grew up so uniquely. Commune life is just easier. That brief time she was in LA, neither of us liked it. We never thought we’d marry brothers. Or find ourselves in the middle of a family so large and so powerful that we’d never have to be apart again if we didn’t want to. Besides, this friggin’ mansion is big enough. If we both had twenty kids, there’d still be plenty of room to grow.”

“Twenty kids, huh?” I had forgotten that they grew up like that, though I don’t know how I could. When you hear the word commune, you hear cult, but it’s just wasn’t like that.

“I knew that would be all you got from that,” she says, pushing on my chest. I fling the comforter off of her and climb over her. Leaning down, I kiss her softly. When she opens her mouth to me, I deepen the kiss. My hard cock is already seeking entrance to her naked pussy. Sleeping naked may soon be a thing of the past, and I intend to take advantage of it for as long as possible.

“You’re flawless; you know that?” I tell her, staring at her beautiful face.

“I’m not, and you know it, charmer,” she says, digging her nails into my pecs. That little bit of pain turns me on, though I think it has more to do with her touching me than the actual pain.

“You are. You’re everything to me, Ocean.”

“You’re my everything too, Cillian,” she moans as I nudge her thighs further open. Reaching between us, I grip my hard cock and guide it into her. Slowly. Agonizingly slow. When I am finally fully seated in her, she wraps her thighs around my waist. I pause, letting her adjust to me because she is still virgin tight, even after all this time. She moans. Pulling all the way out of her, I slam back into her. Over and over. I drive into her until she screams my name. I feel her cunt squeeze my cock rapidly as she does. Only when she comes a second, maybe third time, do I follow her. There is just something so grounding about being buried inside of her. I can’t describe it; I can only feel it.

I know just how lucky I got when my brother met her sister, and that brought Ocean to me, and I will do whatever it takes to keep her mine.

Chapter Five

Ocean

Nine Months Later

I’m over a week past my due date, and I can’t take it anymore. August in New Jersey is hot muggy, and I’m so uncomfortable. Nothing like Northern California, but I chose this life, and I will see it through with minimal complaining. I want to meet my baby boy, Declan David, more than anything. I’ve tried spicy foods, walking, and River’s pregnant yoga nonsense, yet nothing has worked, so despite feeling like a balloon, I am trying to find my husband so I can seduce him. I heard sex can help, and I’ll try anything at this point, though it’s unlikely I’d ever say no to having sex. I take a cool shower and somehow manage to shave my legs. It wasn’t easy, and I’m out of breath, but I got it. After drying off, I climb into bed and wait for Cillian. He’s off doing something for Sean, but he texted me to let me know he was on his way home.

I must have fallen asleep because suddenly I am awakened when I hear the front door alarm beep as the door opens. That is quickly followed by him bounding down the basement stairs, his boots echoing loudly. I sit up quickly just as he comes into the room. I am momentarily in awe of how much he likes like an old Celtic warrior right now. Ripe from battle, ready for his woman. It’s intoxication, really.

“Hey, baby,” I say, giving him my best seductive voice. He’s covered in blood. Again. I fly off the bed, as best as I can in this state and rush over to him,

“Hey. Gimme a kiss,” he demands, and I do it. “Don’t be alarmed, but some of this is mine.”

“What!” I shout.

“My nose was broken.”

“Oh. That’s not so bad.”

“Yeah. Not the first time and won’t be the last. Everett set it already.”
