Campus God (Campus)
“Feel good, baby?”
“Mmmm, you know it did. I came in record time.”
I can’t help but grin, because she’s right about that. The girl goes off like a firework lighting up the sky every time.
Her fingers drift across my erection. “Should I return the favor?”
As tempting as the offer is, I shake my head. “Tonight, after this is all over, I’ll let you have your wicked way with me.” I steal one last kiss before snagging her fingers with my own. “Ready to return to the party?”
A soft sigh falls from her lips as she leans her head against my chest. “I’ll go anywhere as long as you’re with me.”
My heart softens. She has a way of doing that to me.
This is the one girl who makes me want to be a better man. And for her, I will be. I’ll do whatever I need to make her happy.
“Ditto.”
There’s a moment of silence before she whispers as we walk through the cavernous hallway, “I love you, Crosby.”
I pull her into the warm circle of my arms and hold her tight. “I love you, too. More than I ever thought possible.”
More than I ever dared to dream.
Brooke McAdams owns me heart and soul. And I don’t see that ever changing.
“Let’s make the rounds and then get the hell out of here so you can fulfill your promises.”
She bats her lashes as a grin curves her lips. “Oh, did I promise something?”
“You bet your sweet ass you did. And I plan to hold you to it.”
All night long.
