When her phone’s alarm had woken her up this morning, Becca was gone, which was odd. Like yesterday, today was also Becca’s day off. But a note had been left.

Went to LVM to get you coffee before you head out, since apparently I suck at making it myself.

As sweet as that was, Krissy had groaned. She had wanted to fuck Becca before she needed to return to her house to work. Not make love—fuck. It was a matter of pride!

Krissy Kincaid does not leave women unsatisfied!

But she had had no choice but to get ready to leave. She had a Zoom call with New York first thing. As it was, Becca returned with the coffee just as Krissy was believing she’d have to leave without it.

After kissing Becca, Krissy had said, “Last night was fucking amazing! You are fucking amazing! I’m sorry I left you stranded.”

Becca had grinned.

“Trust me, sweetie, I am saving it for you.”

“Oh yeah?” Krissy had asked, cocking an eyebrow.

“Oh yeah,” Becca had declared. She had then taken hold of Krissy’s chin and brought her face down so that only the barest sliver of air separated them. “I am going to sit on this pretty face of yours,” Becca whispered, “and you are going to find just how hard I can come.”

Krissy’s eyes had widened in shock and she had gasped. Her nipples had instantly gotten hard and, standing right there, she had almost had another one of those orgasms.

In fact, she was about to have another one of those orgasms right now, if she didn’t stop daydreaming about last night.

Try as she might, though, getting her mind wrapped around the stupid compliance reports wasn’t happening, because pretty soon she was thinking about how relieved she was.

A few days ago, on their first date, Krissy had told Becca a little white lie about always knowing the two of them would be amazing in bed. That had always been the fantasy, sure, but the truth was that back in the days when she was merely crushing on her best friend, hoping that they would somehow get together, her biggest fear had been that Becca would prove to be lousy in bed. So, naturally, Krissy was relieved to discover that the opposite was true. Becca was astounding in bed! Like, Sienna (Tattoo Artist) astounding.

Just like herself before becoming Becca’s girlfriend, Sienna—younger than Krissy by a few years—was one of those women who enjoyed being single and playing the field. And she was an incredible lover. So far, Becca was proving just as good.

This was getting to be too much…

She picked up her phone and sent a text to Becca.

Lunch? My place?

The reply came back quickly.

Love it!

Krissy tapped out another message.

Eat before you come.

LOL! Isn’t that what lunch is for?

Krissy sighed.

EAT BEFORE YOU COME!

After all, this was not an invitation to have food.

***

“What did you eat?” Krissy asked, barely able to keep her mouth off of Becca’s.

As soon as Becca walked through the door, they had started kissing. Krissy could swear that she could feel Becca’s entire body thrumming with a high-voltage current.

“I made a tuna sandwich,” Becca answered, her hands on either side of Krissy’s face as she bent down to kiss her.
