For His Brother's Wife

“That feels...good,” he said, groaning.

“I love your body,” she said reverently. “I love touching you and learning what you like.”

“Part of the excitement of making love is trying new things and finding new ways to give each other pleasure,” he said as he unbuttoned the top of her polo shirt.

Lifting the garment over her head, he tossed it to the side as he reached for the front clasp of her lace bra. He made quick work of helping her out of it, then tossed it to the floor with their shirts. He held her gaze with his as he slowly covered one beautiful breast with his hand.

“You’re perfect,” he said as he gently touched her tight nipple with his thumb.

Cole reveled in the growing spark of desire in her pretty gray eyes. Lowering his head, he kissed the tip of her other breast, and then took the peak into his mouth. As he explored and teased her with his mouth and hand, he loved hearing a tiny moan escape her parted lips, loved the glow of excitement coloring her porcelain cheeks.

Slowly sliding his hand down her smooth flat stomach to the waistband of her jeans, he worked the button through the opening and eased the zipper down. As he captured her mouth with his, Cole slipped his fingers beneath the elastic band of her silk panties and parted her, stroking her with infinite care.

“Y-you’re driving...me...crazy,” she gasped.

“The good kind of crazy?” he asked as he smiled down at her.

“That...depends,” she said breathlessly as she caressed his chest.

“What does it depend on, Paige?” he asked, continuing his tender assault.

“On what you intend to do about it,” she said, closing her eyes for a moment as if savoring the sensations he was creating inside her. When she opened them, the passion he detected in her gray gaze robbed him of breath. “If you don’t do something soon, I think I’ll go completely insane.”

“Then let’s get the rest of these clothes off,” he suggested.

Between kisses, they helped each other finish undressing, and by the time he took her back in his arms, Cole felt as if he would go up in a blaze of glory. Her soft form pressed to his harder flesh caused him to feel as if he had been branded. Burning to make her his again, he had to take several deep breaths to slow down the fever building inside him.

“I need to love you now, Paige,” he said, feeling as if he was close to losing the slender hold he had on his control. “Straddle my hips, sweetheart.”

When she did, her smile was replaced by a look of pure ecstasy as she took him in. “I feel so...complete,” she murmured, closing her eyes.

He tried to slow himself down, but his body was urging him to complete the act of making love to her. “You feel so damned good.” Gritting his teeth, he struggled to hold himself in check. “I don’t want to rush you, but I want you more than my next breath.”

Placing his hands on her hips, he guided her into a slow rocking motion. No other woman had ever held him as tightly or as perfectly as Paige. Somehow he knew as surely as he knew his own name that no other woman ever would.

As the heat running through his veins began to gather in his loins, Cole felt Paige’s tiny feminine muscles tighten around him and knew she was close to finding her satisfaction. Touching her where their bodies joined, he gently stroked her and watched as she slipped over the edge. Her release triggered his own, and he held her to him as waves of pleasure coursed through both of them.

When she collapsed on top of him, Cole stroked her long auburn hair and held her close. Now that he knew the truth about Craig and how uncaring he had been with Paige, Cole didn’t feel a bit of remorse for making love with her. He cherished her as his brother never had and he saw no reason to suppress his attraction to her any longer.

He was pretty sure she felt the same way. Otherwise she wouldn’t have made love with him. But he wasn’t going to rush things between them, even though Paige was everything he’d ever wanted. He needed to make sure she was as comfortable with her feelings as he was with his.

Besides, he had a few things to get lined up with R&N Builders before they went any further. He and Aaron had talked about opening a satellite office in Royal after Aaron and Stella got married. But they needed to have a serious talk about the future of their business if both he and Aaron remained in the area.

“That was beautiful,” Paige said, raising her head to look down at him.

Deciding to push thoughts of R&N Builders future to the back burner, Cole kissed her chin. “You’re beautiful.”
