Addicted to Her Curves

“You should know by now that neither of us are interested in them. We’re here for you.”

“It’s not going to stop women from chasing you. You could go up to my place and wait.”

“Not happening,” Beau said.

“We stay here to make sure nothing bad happens. We’ve got our eye on you, Connie, no one else.” Scott let her go but not before he stroked her inner wrist.

It felt good.

She gritted her teeth, hating how jealous she’d been. Nodding her head, she went back to the bar and tried to ignore the women. She’d been gone for ten minutes when the blonde approached the table. She couldn’t keep watching though.

Scott and Beau said something.

The woman laughed and then she happened to see both of her men shaking their head, pointing at the table.

The blonde left. The table of women didn’t linger. They left their half-filled drinks and walked right out. Okay, she shouldn’t be happy because they were customers, but knowing Scott and Beau didn’t want anyone else filled her with happiness that she was good enough.

By the end of the night, she was exhausted.

They saw everyone out and cleaned the bar, and Beau picked her up.

“I can walk.”

“Not tonight. Scott and I have already decided. He’s going to cook for us, and I’m going to help you with a bath.”

“I can take a bath of my own.”

“Don’t go all prudish on me. I get it. It’s that time of the month. I think all men should be told when it’s a woman’s special time. They all turn crazy and it’s up to the men to survive all on their own. It’s not pretty.”

Scott kissed her as they passed the kitchen. “Go and relax.”

“I don’t know if I can.”

He chuckled and Beau slapped her ass.

“Hey, that’s not fair. You’re going to relax because I’m going to make you. I’m not going to let you ruin this.”

“How would my not being able to relax ruin this for you? I thought you’d like it.”

“Well, you’re wrong. I want to take care of you.” He put her on the toilet seat, and she watched as he ran her a bath.

“Have you done this for a lot of women?”

“Nope. Not one.” He added in some bath salts. The heavy scent of lavender filled the air and she couldn’t hold back a yawn. “You’re completely dead on your feet.”

“I know.”

Beau helped her remove her clothes and she climbed into the water. She immediately grabbed the sponge and some soap but he took it from her. He pressed on her chest. “Relax. We weren’t kidding.”

She rolled her eyes but did as she was asked, leaning back. She closed her eyes for a split second but was worried about falling asleep.

“What did you say to the table of women?”

“It’s nice to see you jealous.”

“I … what did you say?” She wasn’t about to argue with him. She couldn’t. She’d been jealous of the way the women looked at her men.

They were her men, weren’t they? Here she was getting all confused again. And tired. Maybe that was her problem. She was just tired.

“We told them that if they were looking for a quick fuck, they weren’t going to get it from us. We’re taken and they would have to look elsewhere.” Beau shrugged. “I guess they looked around the bar, didn’t like what they saw, and left.”

“They might not come back.”

“They will, but when they do, they will know not to even look in our direction.”

“Don’t you enjoy the attention?” Connie asked.

“No. The only woman I want to have looking at me and thinking about getting me into bed is you.”

“You make it sound so easy.”

“It is.”

“I don’t know how this is going to work. I’m sorry. I’m so tired and my thoughts are all over the place.”

“Then talk to me. I might be able to help.”

She sighed. “How is this ever going to work with the three of us? It’s crazy. I know it’s a bit of fun, but we have to be realistic. It’s not going to be the forever kind of relationship.” Just saying the words filled her with regret because she really wanted it to work so bad.

Beau wondered if she even realized she had tears in her eyes. She was close to crying. He took her hand, pressing a kiss to her inner wrist, and hoped he could offer her any kind of support and comfort. He didn’t like seeing her like this.

“What makes you think this isn’t going to work?”

“Think about it, Beau. You and Scott are two best friends. I’m one woman. You can only marry one person. Then there’s kids, and it sounds like one big mess. Not to mention the town. If we were to make this work, could you imagine how cruel people could be? I’d be known as the slut who seduced two men.”
