I could feel my skin bruising under his unforgiving grip, but the pain only heightened the pleasure. I choked out as I felt the fabric of the couch rip under my nails, my fingers clenching down to relieve the pressure in my body.

Dex let go of my hip, and I moaned as his hand grabbed my throat from behind. His fingers found their usual place easily, gripping me as his pace never faltered. My head tipped back, the long tips of my hair tickling my lower back as I pushed my spine to its limits as I bent and curved my body.

I suddenly felt fingers dancing on my clit and I yelled out, intense pleasure starting to topple over the already existing ecstasy that was coursing through me. Dex’s smooth fingers stroked and strummed me quickly, and with the hard thrusts hitting the sensitive spots inside me, it wasn’t long until I was seeing stars, my orgasm ripping out of me with a violent scream.

Dex’s hand tightened on my throat, cutting off my yell but the action only heightened the end of my climax, my vision darkening as the air was cut from my body. Croaky moans took the place of my scream, my body still vocal as I rode out the pleasure. Behind me, I faintly recognized the low growl coming from Dex as his pace changed, his thrusts suddenly untimed, hard and desperate. His grip tightened and I suddenly couldn’t breathe in at all, my body stilling as Dex came inside me.

My vision vanished and I slipped forward as Dex released my neck. My head hit the top of the couch in between my still gripped hands, my body working overtime to pull in oxygen against my post-climatic pants.

Everything stayed dark for a while, but I could still hear, leading me to believe that I surprisingly was still somewhat conscious. I lost track of time, my body buzzing as gentle hands pulled me down so I was laying across the couch instead of against it.

As I slowly came to, I realized that my eyes were just closed, the exhaustion having wrecked me. Something soft and warm was placed over me and my fingers curled around the blanket, the threat of sleep pulling at me.

Next to me, I felt movement and I forced my eyes to crack open, my heart stopping as I caught sight of Dex on his knees, his head resting on my blanketed thigh. His eyes were closed, thin drops of perspiration on his forehead. The end of the blanket was drooped on the floor, snaking around his hips, and I couldn’t help noting that the blanket tied us together.

As if sensing me, he lifted his head, his eyes opening to find mine.

“What are we doing?” he mumbled, his voice coated with exhaustion, and for the first time I saw vulnerability in his eyes.

I looked at him with heavy eyes and an even heavier heart.

“I don’t know, Dex. I don’t know.”
