Fall From Grace

I’m surprised to see Mason talking to Anna when I head into the house. He avoids family time at all costs because of the relationship between him and Dad. I grab a beer from the fridge and walk outside and head down to the pool area where I see Noah.
“You bring Mason here?”
“Anna did. You know how convincing she is. And they were recording earlier, so she practically dragged him out of the recording studio to come here.”
I sip my beer. “Well, he should be here since Hunter and Faye haven’t been here in a while.”
“Did Hunter tell you they are finally looking to move here?”
I raise a brow. “He’s gonna leave his job at the hospital.”
Noah nods. “He is interviewing at a few hospitals here. As long as he can get the attending position he wants, they plan on moving here in the next six months.”
I smile. “Good. I like having that fucker around, someone else to help pick on Asher.”
Noah laughs as he looks over at our youngest brother, already seeming to be picked on by Hunter.
Mason and Anna walk down the stairs from the balcony off the kitchen. Anna gets distracted by Faye and the baby while Mason heads over to us. I sigh, knowing exactly what the first words will be out of his mouth. He has spent the last two weeks trying to get it out of me, if I fucked Grace and if I did everything I said I would do.
“You look excited to see Mason,” Noah chuckles.
I shake my head. “Asshole has been bugging me for two weeks asking if I fucked that girl.”
“And you still haven’t told me!” Mason shouts as he joins us. “Was it as good as you thought it would be?”
“I’m not answering that. I was ignoring your texts for a reason.”
“Wait, you found someone that night?” Noah asks.
Mason snickers. “He pretty much told this girl he would have her begging for his dick.”
“That’s not what I said.”
“You totally said that, man. You knew she would flirt with everyone in the bar but no one would live up to what you would do to her.”
“So what happened?” Noah asks, smiling as he sips his beer.
“Oh for fuck’s sake. You saw me pull her out of that bar, Mase. What the hell do you think happened? I took her to her house, tucked her in bed, and read her a damn bedtime story? Use your imagination, bro.”
Mason laughs. “You totally railed her over the side of the couch like you said you would.”
I chug half my beer to keep from answering that.
“You guys gossip worse than we do,” Anna says as she walks over with Faye.
“No, your husband and his brother are just hounding me for information on something that isn’t important.”
Faye looks between us all. “You are their brother too. So what has them so nosy?”
“Carson finally fucked someone to get Tiffany out of his system,” Mason blurts out.
“No way,” Anna says with a look of shock on her face. “Was it that night at the bar when I had to drag Noah’s drunk ass home?”
“We are not talking about this.” I attempt to shut down the conversation.
“No way, man, we are totally talking about this,” Mason retorts.
“You know, as much as I enjoy talking about my brother’s sex life,” Noah cuts in sarcastically. “Maybe we should change the conversation before Mom comes over here.”
