She rolled her eyes and got up to choose one.
We had been watching Deadpool for twenty-seven minutes when there was a knock at the front door. Kayla pressed the pause button and I dragged myself from the couch. I opened the door to find H’s driver. He passed me a small square box. It was silver with a black ribbon.
“Mr. Carter asked that I wait outside for you for the next thirty minutes after you opened the box. I will leave it with you.” He walked away and headed down the steps.
I closed the door and walked back into the living room, taking a seat back on the couch.
“What is it?” Kayla asked.
“It’s from H.”
I untied the ribbon and removed the box lid. Inside the box was padded with black satin and on it laid a silver key with a black S on it. There was a card.
Can’t have you left wanting.
Come, see for yourself.
Matthew will drive you. Dress to impress.
Kayla read the message over my shoulder and squealed. “Yes! Sorry Ryan Reynolds, you’re hot and all but we’re going clubbing.”
She dragged me off the couch. “Come on, we need to get ready.”
I let her drag me towards my room. I couldn’t help but be intrigued now. I had heard of private members clubs before. Places only celebrities and the filthy rich attended. I wondered if this was one of them? They had to have somewhere to go where they wouldn’t be annoyed by normal people didn’t they? Kayla was right. I wasn’t the slightest bit tired. Though I was annoyed with her for what she had done, but it was a night out. I looked through my closet. Dress to impress, right? I changed into a plain black silky bra that left no trace of lines and wriggled into a short glittery silver dress. I left panties out of the equation as they would cause a visible line in the dress. The dress had cap sleeves and a v-neck that showed a small amount of my large boobs. The tightness of the dress helped to hold my ample assets in place, though it did nothing to hide them. I had bought the dress in a moment of madness, egged on by Kayla to stop hiding what I had. Tonight it was screaming at me to be worn. I wrapped a black pashmina around my shoulders just in case I found it too uncomfortable being under the gaze of others. I finished with black ankle boots that laced up my calves slightly. They had a four inch heel.
I fixed my hair so that it was half up in a messy bun with the rest of it hanging around my face. I would usually wear darker make up in the evening and I stuck to a darker eye shadow, but kept the same pink gloss that H smeared on my face. I realized he wasn’t forced to be there but despite the sentence he left me with, I couldn’t help but hope I saw him again tonight. I picked up my purse and headed back to the living room to wait for Kayla.
A few minutes later she joined me. Her red hair was curled in ringlets and she wore a green shift dress with fishnet tights and black five inch heels, which made her just a fraction taller than me.
“Ready? Let’s go and have some fun.” She winked.
I locked the door behind us.

As we walked down the stairs to head towards Matthew’s limo, Brandon got out of a Hyundai Elantra. He whistled. “Ladies, you look mighty fine.” He came around and bowed in front of us. “Where are you off to?”
“We’re going to a VIP Members Club. Ssh. It’s top secret. We’ll explode if we give you any details. Don’t wait up.” Kayla winked and carried on walking to the limo.
“Well, have a nice evening.” Brandon said.
“Thank you. I have no idea what to expect, but as long as there’s music and alcohol, we should be fine.” I smiled.
“Well, if it’s not up to your standards, I have wine in my apartment.” He said smiling playfully. “Gorgeous women always welcome.”
I laughed. “What a charmer. I’ll see you around.”
“You sure will.”
I walked to the limo and nodded to Matthew and thanked him for waiting. I let him open the door to let me inside.
It took approximately twenty minutes to drive into Manhattan. Matthew turned onto East 57th Street and pulled up outside what looked like a residential building. There was some expensive real estate around here, with the skyscraper at 252 in high demand. The area was named ‘Billionaires row’ for a reason. Matthew handed the keys to an approaching valet and opened our doors. “Please, follow me.”
He escorted us through double doors, opened by doormen dressed in smart grey suits. A very glamorous looking willowy brunette in a loose royal blue shift dress approached us.
Matthew spoke to her, “Could we have another silver key please, Ashley, and two chains.”
“Of course.”
