I was leaning on my elbows which were placed on both sides of Ellie’s head. We were both panting like we just got done running a fucking marathon.
I opened my eyes to see her watching me. Those blue eyes seemed to look brighter and her smile…. . oh god her smile was to die for. We just stayed there like that for a few minutes. I slowly pulled out of her and rolled to her left side to avoid her broken arm.
“Gunner I never dreamed it was going to feel so good. I always heard the first time it hurt like hell. It hurt at first but then it quickly turned into nothing but pure pleasure!”
I let out a laugh and ran my hand through my hair. I just made love to Ellie and I wanted to jump up and down on the bed and do a few fist pumps.
“I’m so glad baby that it felt good for you. It felt like pure heaven for me. I’ve never experienced anything like that before Ellie. ”
She smiled as she laid her cast across my chest. It was totally true. I had sex before but never have I made love.
“Um, Gunner when can we do it again?”
“Jesus Ellie! Are you ready already?”
She looked at me with such an innocent look on her face and nodded.
She laid her head on my chest and before I knew it I heard her softly breathing as she slipped into a slumber. I closed my eyes and dreamed of the many more times I planned on doing that again. I just needed at least thirty minutes and then I could wake her up again!
CHAPTER FIFTY SEVEN
Ellie……
I woke up feeling like I was on cloud nice. OH. MY. GOD…. that was the MOST amazing experience of my life. I had my heavy ass cast resting across Gunner’s stomach and my head on his chest. Hmmmm…. . . he smelled so yummy. I took a peek at my engagement ring and then around the room. I cannot believe he did all of this for me. I could not have picked out a more perfect ring. I still can’t believe we finally made love! EEEPPP! I wanted to jump up and down I was so happy. And it was so wonderful. The first few minutes it hurt like a son of a bitch and I almost wanted to tell him to stop but then it started to feel oh so good. I lifted my head to look at him. My goodness he was so handsome. I loved to watch him sleep. He looked so peaceful and happy. I loved him so goddamn much it almost hurt.
I wanted to marry him right away. I had already been thinking about this. I was not planning on going back to school next fall. Not if it meant Gunner would be here and I had to be in Austin. Now with us getting married I had even more of a reason not to go back. I would just take online classes and get my business degree. If I wanted to help Gunner out at the ranch I would need a business degree for sure.
Gunner started to move and opened his eyes. He looked directly into my eyes and smiled. To think that this man is mine…. . . that he. …. . he actually wants me.

“Hey back. Did I wake you up by moving around?” asked as I looked down at my cast.
