Luke reached between them and cupped her breasts as he worked his hips.
“Not fair,” she panted.
He nipped at her earlobe. “What?”
“You have too many clothes on.”
“Later,” he promised. “We’ll go slow later.”
She liked the sound of that.
Between the ministrations to her chest and the way he worked those talented hips, Kelly was already on the verge. It had been a hell of a night, and she was just too revved up.
She let go and cried out his name as he plastered one hand on the wall next to her head and increased his pace moments before he lost himself in his own climax.
Kelly focused on her breathing, on keeping her shaky legs from falling. She wanted to stay right here, wrapped in Luke’s love. She knew he loved her. He’d admitted he was falling for her and all she wanted was to start this new chapter with him.
“Kelly,” he murmured against her ear. “Never leave me again. I couldn’t stand it.”
She smiled and took his face in her hands to ease him back. She wanted to look him in the eye when she told him how she felt.
“I love you, Luke. I’m never going anywhere.”
“Good because I need you in every part of my life and I want to be able to tell you every day that I love you, too.”
Kelly couldn’t suppress her smile or her tears. “This is going to be the best Christmas ever.”
He sealed their promise with a kiss and Kelly knew this was only the beginning of their lifelong journey.
