SWAT Ed: Fox & Bull (Nothing Special 8) - Page 34

Fox swallowed.

“He’s feeling that way too,” Bull whispered. “That noise he was making… he hasn’t made that sound with me. It means he likes how you were touching him.”

Fox smiled from the inside out. “I want to ride him.”

Bull chuckled. “So do I. But that’ll be up to Diablo. He was an endurance racer for a few years, even won a few ribbons. But when he stopped placing in competitions at all, he got sold and ended up with a pretty nasty owner. It’s gonna take a little while for him to trust anyone again.” Bull kissed Fox lightly on the back of the head. “Though you’re doing a good job. Even I haven’t been able to touch him like this. I think it’s because you’re here and the way you’re reacting to me.”

“Wow. They can sense all that?”

“Most definitely.”

“I know I can ride him.”

“Well, right now he won’t even let me put a blanket on him, much less a saddle,” Bull said almost sadly.

Fox stared into Diablo’s eyes, feeling something shifting inside his soul. “Maybe I can.”

“So, how’d your lesson go today?” his father asked from his usual stool at the breakfast bar while Amelia prepared dinner. “Looks like you two were really getting along.”

“God, Pop. Wasn’t there something else for you to look at? Wasn’t Gunsmoke on or something?” Bull cringed when he thought of how he’d gotten a little handsy adjusting Fox’s posture.

“Why, when you were putting on such a good show?” He laughed, causing Amelia to try to hide her giggles.

Bull shook his head, choosing to ignore them. He’d had a great day, and he wasn’t about to let them hack on him. “I’m going upstairs to get cleaned up.”

“Supper is in twenty. You boys don’t be up there too long.” Amelia didn’t even try to disguise the innuendo in her comment.

“You two need to get your own lives,” Bull mumbled, which only caused them to keep going even after he’d gone.

Bull walked down the hall and was almost to the bathroom when Fox stepped out wearing nothing except a thin towel cinched tightly around his slim waist. Bull stopped just before he collided with Fox’s wet chest that was covered in a dusting of light and dark silken hair that narrowed through the valley of his tight abs and tapered into his pubic hairs. Saliva pooled in Bull’s mouth as his gaze followed a droplet of water down Fox’s stomach and into his towel.

Fuck. Bull had an urge to rip it off, but if he did, there’d be no stopping him, and his father and Amelia probably wouldn’t like them rattling the dining room ceiling fan while they ate their meal. Still, his dick was getting harder the longer his eyes feasted, and damn, there was so much to see.

“There’s that look again,” Fox said, inching closer. “Why don’t you stay home tonight and do something about all this.” Fox motioned to the unseen sexual electricity radiating between them.

Yes. Screw this waiting shit. He didn’t care if it was a rational thought—which he couldn’t manage with Fox standing there dripping wet, smelling like spicy body wash and desire.

Fox gripped the back of his neck and pulled him down to his mouth, kissing him until the reserve in Bull snapped. He walked Fox in his arms until his back hit the wall and he was pressed as firmly against him as their bodies would allow; yet he still wasn’t close enough. He wanted to be inside him. Fox dug his hands in Bull’s hair until he was scratching his scalp and making him moan.

“Shhh,” Fox hissed against Bull’s mouth, only to make him plunge his tongue deeper. It was as if Bull couldn’t get a thorough enough taste.

Bull pulled at Fox’s towel, and when his efforts were met with resistance, he pinned Fox’s hands over his head and held them there with one hand, while he used the other to explore. Fox’s body was a treasure of masculinity with fine hairs over well-defined muscles.

“Shit.” Fox grunted, thrusting his hips against Bull’s. “Are you seriously doing this now?”

Bull was quiet, entranced. He hadn’t felt so alive in years, and it was just a kiss. If his and Fox’s chemistry was half as good in the bedroom as out of it, then he was certain he might have a mild coronary when they finally went all the way. He dipped his head low, and Fox went for his mouth, but Bull had other plans. He nudged and prodded until his face was buried against Fox’s throat, hidden from those sharp eyes.

“It’s been you from the start, Fox,” Bull admitted in the security of his new favorite hiding place. His safe haven to speak his secret confessions. He eased his hold on Fox’s wrist and allowed him to put his arms around him because he needed to be touched. “From the moment you first stepped onto my property, I knew I wanted you. I still do.”
