Perfect Tenn
Tenn is standing in the kitchen, freshly showered in nothing but a towel. His muscles still a bit wet and making his tattoos stand out even more. I don’t know if it was all the sex talk or what, but for a minute I feel my pussy react or shit, maybe I am doing Kegel exercises already.
“Hey. Where did you go?” he asks, tucking the towel tighter around his waist. My eyes travel down to where his hands are and that perfect V he’s got going on. It’s so fucking sexy. None of the guys I’ve been with have such a well-defined invitation to their cock.
He clears his throat, and I snap my eyes up, appreciating the dips and planes of his abs and chiseled chest along the way before meeting his gaze. “Shit, sorry,” I mumble, walking past him to put the leftovers in the fridge. Regaining my composure, I turn around, crossing my arms over my chest. “Oh, I was at my parents’ for dinner.”
He tosses his head back laughing, while I shake mine. “Shit, why’d you do that to yourself?”
“I was fucking hungry, okay?” I whine. “But wait, that’s not all. Your parents’ were there, too.”
This time, he holds onto the towel and bends over laughing. Asshole. “So, how’d that go?” he asks, still laughing.
“Well, let’s see. I have a boyfriend that you set me up with,” I say, smirking. “And I got more sex advice than a hooker meeting with her pimp for the first time.”
He stops laughing and searches my eyes, his green pupils hardening. “You told them you have a boyfriend? And I set you up? Why would you do that?”
“Tenn, you can’t be serious. You know what it’s like with them. If I said I didn’t have one, yet again, my mom would be non-stop with the ‘I will still love you if you are a lesbian’ thing. I had no choice,” I say.
“Regan, you are such
a damn fool. You need to learn to stick up for yourself around them. Have I taught you nothing?” he asks, raising his eyebrow.
“Well, funny you should bring that up,” I start, peeking up at him. “I’m ready for you to teach me.”
“Teach you to stand up to your parents’? Easy, tell them to shut the fuck up and stay out of your personal life. Like me,” he proudly says, tossing me a wink.
I take a deep breath and blow out, causing my hair is fly around. “No, not that. I’m ready for you to teach me how to get a guy. You were right the other day. I don’t know what I’m doing, and I need your help. So, will you?” I feel like such a desperate asshole. Especially when I’m asking him to teach me things like that, while my eyes are taking in every solid muscle he has on display.
“You want me to teach you how to meet guys?” he asks, almost disappointed.
“No, I’m sorry. I am perfectly capable of doing it on my own. It was stupid of me to ask, I just thought since you mentioned it last time.” I take a step closer to him and take ahold of his hand. Seeing the sadness in his eyes makes me regret asking for his help. “Why did it upset you that I asked, Tenn?”
“I’m not upset. Why the hell would you say that?”
“Because I’ve known you forever, and I know what you look like when you’re upset about something,” I gently say. Still holding his hand, I push up on my toes and kiss his cheek. “It’s fine, nothing needs to change.” Maybe he’s confused about me like I am about him right now.
I go to walk away and he pulls me back, wearing a shit-eating grin. “No, I want to help. You just shocked me. I’ll teach you everything you need to know, and I still know a few guys who I think would be perfect for you.” I wrap my arms around him, and his solid arms hold me close. “It’s going to be amazing.”
“You’ve really got to pay attention, Regan. This shit isn’t anything you’ll find in a book,” Tenn says, pulling my attention away from the steamy book I’m reading.
“Tenn, come on. I worked all day,” I whine, then tack on the threat, “And if you make one comment about being a preschool teacher, I’m going to smack the shit out of you!”
He loves to say I play for a living. He has no idea how hard it is to get fifteen, four-year-olds to pay attention to you. It’s actually a lot like talking to guys. Their attention span is no better than a gnat; they are always hungry, always need to go to the bathroom, and they have no filter. Huh, you’d think I’d have better success with men.
“Raegen,” Tenn says, hovering over me.
Damn, this book has me worked up, because suddenly the idea of him looking down at me like that while he fucks me is really hot. The way his brown hair is just long enough to hold onto, his green eyes searching mine while he pounds into me. His plump lips descending down and sucking my nipple into his mouth. His tattooed arms holding me close against him as I scream his name as my orgasm crashes over me. “Tenn,” I breathe out.
“You alright? Why are you so flushed?” Tenn asks, holding his hand on my forehead.
Holy shit, what the fuck am I doing? I’m mortified thinking of having sex with him, especially while he’s looking at me. I push him back and sit up more on the couch, holding a pillow against myself. “I’m fine, damn. What were you saying?” I ask, hoping he’ll just let it go.
Slowly a huge smile makes its way across his face. “Regan, anytime you want me to show you how a real man fucks, just say the word. You want to go in my room right now?”
“Tennyson, shut the hell up. That’s not it at all, it’s this book.” I make a dramatic show of waving the cover in his face before continuing, “The book is good, and it’s the book alright.” I sound like a fucking moron.
He rubs my leg, causing goose bumps to pepper my flesh, and I pull it away shooting him a look. He holds up his hands in mock surrender and laughs. “I need to read that book.”
“What do I need to pay attention to?” I hiss, trying to hide my embarrassment.
