A smile spread across her face and yet there was concern or fear there as well. Why was she hesitating? She took his hand and lifted him from his knees. “Before I say yes, I need some reassurance. My brother-in-law beat my sister. I won’t accept being hit. I won’t accept you or Andrew being mean to me. I’ll leave. Are we clear?”
This was what he liked about this woman. She was direct. Oh sure, she was a woman and could be emotional, but when she was, he wanted to care for her, protect her and make her smile as soon as possible.
Andrew came around and took her other hand. “We will never hurt you. But there is nothing like spanking a woman on the ass. It gives you and us pleasure. In the bedroom, we will do to you whatever gives us so much desire. But we would never hurt you in anger.”
Jesse turned her to him. “The Montana wilderness is dangerous. If you disobey us, we will punish you, but our punishment is not to bruise or beat or endanger you physically. We want to be your protectors. We will spank you and then we will love you.”
For a moment, she seemed lost in thought, and he wondered what she was thinking about.
“So you will never beat me?”
Someone, somewhere, had frightened her. Had made her afraid of men. Someone had hit either her or someone she cared about and she was going to make certain that no man did that to her.
“Never,” Andrew said.
“Never,” Jesse said.
A shy smile spread across her face. “Promise me that you will go slow in teaching me about the desires of a man. I am still trying to learn what happens with one man, let alone two.”
“We promise,” they both said in unison.
Jesse knew they would do their best to go slow, but he couldn’t wait to have her spread eagle on the bed, his lips in her center, tasting her sweet pussy.
“Then let’s get married,” Mary said. “Tomorrow.”
Andrew yanked off his cowboy hat and threw it up in the air. “She said yes.”
Jesse pulled her into his arms. “We will do everything possible to make you happy.”
Mary lifted her face to his. “I know you will. I trust you and Andrew as well.”
Unable to resist, Jesse’s hands came up and wrapped around her face. He pulled her lips to his and gave her a kiss that claimed her lips and demanded they surrender. His kiss was filled with promises of a better tomorrow, of a lifetime of happiness.
When he let her go, she gazed at him, her eyes glazed, her lips swollen from the onslaught of his mouth.
He pulled the engagement band out of his pocket and slipped it on her finger.
“You’re our woman. Never forget it,” he whispered as he leaned his head against hers. “Tomorrow you’ll get the other half of the ring.”
Andrew pulled her into his arms and glanced down at her. He kissed her on the forehead.
“I’m going to wait to claim my kiss at the church,” Andrew said. “Or maybe even the bedroom. Because when I kiss you, honey, I’m going to melt your drawers right off.”
Her eyes widened and she licked her lips.
Just then his aunt and uncle walked out of the house. “What’s going on?”
“Mary said yes,” Andrew exclaimed.
“Congratulations,” Grace said, coming forward and hugging Mary. “Welcome to the family.”
“You’re the fourth couple tonight,” Uncle said. “Only four more couples to go.”
“No,” Grace said. “Rose Patton and Alice Burns are returning to Charleston.”
Jesse nodded. “That’s their choice. I’m just happy we’re getting married tomorrow.”
Mary smiled and gazed at her men. “It’s time.”
